Everything is fine with service and drink quality. Y’all just need to start double cupping your hot drinks. A single cup is just too flimsy and the lid detaches easily when picking the cup up making the contents spill all over.

I find it ridiculous having to have to purchase something in order to get water,I will no longer go to Starbucks ,nonsense ,that specific day I was very dehydrated and was told I have to purchase something to get water ,very inhumane.and was told it’s policy ‼️‼️‼️‼️

With the price we pay for a drink, one would expect a better quality drink. Most Starbucks location especially this one needs to retrain some if not all of their employees who doesnt follow the recipe or just dont give a shit with regards to making the drink. We ordered iced lavender matcha and the matcha powder wasnt mixed enough as we can see the powder clumped together and also it tasted bitter. Starbucks has become an overrated super expensive overpriced coffee place.

TO TOP IT OFF.....THE WORKER AT THE WINDOW LAUGHED WITH THESE PEOPLE AND SHOWED THAT SHE AGREED WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT CONTINUED TO MAKE FUN OF US THAT WE WERE CUT OFF. I stopped by this location almost everyday before going to work I ordered through the app and is ready within minutes of me pulling up customer service is wonderful service was great
Went to pick up my order and both drinks were made wrong. They taste like they were made crème style and not with frap roasts and blonde espresso shots. I’ve ordered the same a bunch of times anywhere else and they’re better than this. The short woman was rude and it made me not want to go back and get it fixed because with that attitude she had I don’t know what they’ll do with my drinks. This is the first Starbucks I’ve visited with someone who can’t even ask you how your day is. I am a manager and have been a manager at several places, I’ve never once let my staff be fully trained without telling them that they need to keep whatever is making them upset out of the door. Safe to say I will not be returning back to this one.

Believe the recent reviews, this is not a good location at all. You cannot go in or go up to the walk up window. You can only go through the drive-through. Services is not great, coffee is not great either. just go to a different location.
