This location is really a hit or miss, I usually have to order extra pumps of syrup here because it seems like they aren’t making the drinks with full pumps so I have to compensate by paying more lol.. and sometimes I add things to my drink and they will just leave it out. Unfortunate because some of the people that work there seem nice. Food is fine, can’t go wrong with prepackaged food.

Oh gosh, I would be SO lost without THIS Starbucks location in particular !! I cannot count the number of times, where I desperately needed caffeine, and they are somehow ALWAYS there when I need them. I have ordered some complicated drinks, bc I don’t care for cold- foam, etc., and they ALWAYS accommodate! They adjust whatever drink I order, and tweak it to MY taste, and they do this so quickly!! Shout out to HAZEL and WEST! I know I’ll get a wonderful drink every time I go to this location. I like my coffee sweet, but I always add extra shots of Blonde Espresso, and they make it taste wonderfully EVERY TIME, no matter what I order. I was absolutely lost while they remodeled last year. No location I’ve visited comes close to this location. The entire staff remembers me, and that I like sweet coffee, and they always get it right—Plus they have that awesome nugget ice! I LOVE this Starbucks! Everyone treats me so well, I leave with fuel for the morning, and a smile on my face. The Staff there are so friendly, you can't help but leave feeling “perked up”, and ready to face the morning, it feels like I’m visiting friends! I can’t say it enough, they’re the BEST, and I’m so glad I live close by!

I have been visiting this location for about 12 years. The staff over this time has continued to get better and better, under the store management of K.T. who sets the bar at a very high standard. All of her team, Jenn, Hazel, Mel, Ava, West, Angel, Sav, Ky, Mariah, Kari just to name a few are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and professional group of Barista's within the chain (and I visit a lot of their locations). Kudos to the whole group! Now...Starbucks corporate....change this location back to a cafe. Your decision to make this a drive thru only a couple of years ago was a poor choice. Hopefully youre new CEO is having these types of decisions reviewed by middle management and changes made!

This place is absolutely great! I have been going to this starbucks for like 5 years before work in the morning. and everytime I pull up here in the drive thu they know my whole order and what I'm getting. Everyone there is sooooo friendly. They are my friends, every single one of them! they are so great!!!! Oh and how they write a lil sweet something every morning on my cup. Makes my WHOLE DAYYY!!! I highly recommend this starbucks!! ☺️

Everything is fine with service and drink quality. Y’all just need to start double cupping your hot drinks. A single cup is just too flimsy and the lid detaches easily when picking the cup up making the contents spill all over.

I find it ridiculous having to have to purchase something in order to get water,I will no longer go to Starbucks ,nonsense ,that specific day I was very dehydrated and was told I have to purchase something to get water ,very inhumane.and was told it’s policy ‼️‼️‼️‼️
