Unfortunately, they were out of my favorite; however I work in the food industry and totally understand that these kinds of things happen. Shipments get missed up, the needed supplies necessary per truck is always a gamble, and maybe more people than usual wanted the drink. The cashier was nice about it, and I enjoyed seeing her being trained by another helpful employee. Reminds me of when I was learned cash!
Hit or miss. Usually friendly baristas. Some days they're admirably busting hump to deal with huge lines of students trying to get their caffeine fix, and some days (like today) there was no one in line and four girls behind the counter, the one that took my order looked at me like I was some gum on her shoe and looked exhausted with me whenever I spoke (and I was super nice!! D:) and then after a few minutes I had my name called, got an unmixed latte (like, distinct layer...
Kind of crowded, but there's always a place to sit. It has charger ports everywhere, so it's hard to go without battery on any device. Great customer service, but the lines are very long sometimes.
