I am extremely upset with my Starbucks experience today due to the manager of this location. My family and I met up at our local Starbucks to spend time with one another and make memories. However, shortly after ordering and sitting down together, we were all asked to leave due to my 7 month old baby LAUGHING too loud. Never in my life have I ever heard of someone being asked to leave because of a baby laughing too loud! Several people (including employees) made comments about how adorable my baby was. Not once did he scream or cry…but I guess his infectious laughter was too much for the manager of this location. I am so disappointed in how we were treated, and I hope that this does not happen to any other families entering this location.

Since I moved to NSB last July, I’ve been adopted by this Starbucks even though there is technically one closer to where I live. I go here every work day for my break and I look forward to seeing the friendly faces of the regular employees who quickly learned and remembered my name and my favorite drink and food items. Even the temporary staff is friendly and helpful, but it’s nice to open the door (or drive up to the drive through menu) and be greeted with a happy “hi, Holly!” They always take the time to make my drinks with care, and they always express their appreciation with my patience during busy hours. I work at the beachside Publix, so I understand the genuine thanks to patient customers. I will go out of my way to get my coffee here, and I highly recommend this particular Starbucks to everyone else.

So tired of this place had a long day at work today and I have a big exam to study for, all I wanted was my chai latte while I did it I came at 8:10 and was turned away in the drive thru, they told me they were closed Starbucks change your hours to 8 please because you obviously aren’t serving customers till 9

Shout-out to Cassandra (@ the 13776 Old St. Augustine location) who answered my call and handled my emotional state extremely well and professionally without even having any idea of why I was crying or so upset. Her beautiful words comforted me and helped and encouraged me to keep going through my day. I received bad news last night (lost my brother) and was struggling to get motivated to carry on through the daily routine of life. I was overwhelmed by the simplest, kindest message a barista wrote on my cup on the fly (it said 'Good Morning' with a tiny sun drawn at the end). How very nice to be randomly thought of. The gesture meant so much as I attempt to work process this grief and I want that store to know just how much the kindness of a stranger meant to me.♡

I went into this Starbucks before work and ordered 1 drink after 15 minutes of waiting I had to ask for a refund because I couldn’t wait anymore or I’d be late. They were extremely busy. 2 days later I order a shaken espresso through the drive thru and it’s black. The drink comes with milk.. I kindly asked for the milk she comes back and hands it to me dripping wet even the straw is completely soaked. I had to ask for napkins I shouldn’t have even accepted the drink but I wanted to just go at that point.

Really strange people there this morning. When people get their coffee they don’t want to be lectured about when they should order their drinks…
When you’re driving you can’t make a mobile order so I guess they want us to break Florida law to put in the mobile order 5-10 minutes ahead of time while driving over?
This Starbucks has plenty of seats and tables with outlets to charge laptop while studying compared to other locations. Good drinks and food to consume while studying.
