Walked into this location to pick up a mobile order. It was 10 mins after they opened, 2 people in the restaurant already served, working on their laptops. No one in the drive thru line. Not a single person acknowledged me, spoke to me, even looked my direction. I saw that my drive thru mobile order was sitting by the window (it was a tray of cranberry bliss bars). I attempted to get the attention of the 3 women working. None of them so much as looked up from the drinks/food they were making. I thought ok, I’ll go to the register, surely someone will come to assist me. Still nothing. Finally after several minutes of standing there, I spoke up. I said I am here for that mobile order right there. I know I marked it as drive thru pick up, but I came in to look at the cups and other items on the retail shelf. The woman grabbed the box and handed it to me and didn’t say a word. I walked out. On my way out, one of the men that was sitting there working on his laptop said wow that was awful service. I just nodded my head and left. For what they charge, you should be getting the most chipper, sticky sweet greeting when you walk in the door. You do at Dunkin… just saying.

Worst Starbucks I ever been to it took them 25 minutes to make three drinks how slow are you it’s your only job there’s not alot of people all the employees need to try harder at there job taking way way too long in some drinks eating my time I should’ve never even gone worst Starbucks ever.

I have SEARCHED through like 10-15 starbucks in jacksonville to be my home starbucks.. this is it. the way they make their drinks is perfect! The coffees NEVER burnt, tastes delicious, customer service is tea! My mom and I drive 20 min from our home to get this specific starbucks 🥹🫶🏻

The coffee lid spilled all over my car and my shirt because they did not “double cup” my coffee. The next day I went back and told them of the mess this caused and the manager very unapologetically stated that “corporate” told them to not double cup. This is not the first time I have had this problem but it was my last. I have spent time finding alternatives to Starbucks and it turns out there are many options. Another thing about going to these alternative coffee shops, they actually say thank you and don’t quietly demand tips. I have enjoyed Starbucks coffee for years but found much better service and coffee just as good at other places; and they actually say thank you when I tip.

I am extremely upset with my Starbucks experience today due to the manager of this location. My family and I met up at our local Starbucks to spend time with one another and make memories. However, shortly after ordering and sitting down together, we were all asked to leave due to my 7 month old baby LAUGHING too loud. Never in my life have I ever heard of someone being asked to leave because of a baby laughing too loud! Several people (including employees) made comments about how adorable my baby was. Not once did he scream or cry…but I guess his infectious laughter was too much for the manager of this location. I am so disappointed in how we were treated, and I hope that this does not happen to any other families entering this location.

Since I moved to NSB last July, I’ve been adopted by this Starbucks even though there is technically one closer to where I live. I go here every work day for my break and I look forward to seeing the friendly faces of the regular employees who quickly learned and remembered my name and my favorite drink and food items. Even the temporary staff is friendly and helpful, but it’s nice to open the door (or drive up to the drive through menu) and be greeted with a happy “hi, Holly!” They always take the time to make my drinks with care, and they always express their appreciation with my patience during busy hours. I work at the beachside Publix, so I understand the genuine thanks to patient customers. I will go out of my way to get my coffee here, and I highly recommend this particular Starbucks to everyone else.
Ambience is perfect to get some homework done while u get ur favorite coffee, staff is super friendly! 😋

So tired of this place had a long day at work today and I have a big exam to study for, all I wanted was my chai latte while I did it I came at 8:10 and was turned away in the drive thru, they told me they were closed Starbucks change your hours to 8 please because you obviously aren’t serving customers till 9
