Jessie the manager is awesome!!! Her and her staff are always so happy and friendly! Not to mention she is always going above and beyond for her customers. I love going there to purchase catering orders for work and for personal use. Deff my favorite place to go eat and just to go to period.

Based on the reviews, PDQ offers good food and great service. The food is SO good, with tenders thick and juicy, waffle fries crispy and yummy, and a spicy chicken salad that was so good and spicy. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is made with strips, but it was juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside, though the sauce wasn't hot. Customer service is a 10 out of 10, with staff described as golly, smiley, knowledgeable, and helpful. The inside of the restaurant was very cold, and the outside eating area wasn't clean. A note for customers: PDQ shows up as Kwik Trip on bank statements, which was super annoying.
