Ordered a footlong meatball with 50% extra meatballs for pickup. Got home and it only had 5 meatballs on it. Regular footlong should have 8. Go back and they make a new one and put 9. So basically just gave me the regular amount even though I paid extra for more. Chips were stale. Only giving 2 stars cause the man working there was nice, but this was ridiculous.

Ordered online. 2 footlongs, and a churro. Went to pick up, and it was just 2 footlongs. They forgot the churro. Luckily I checked before leaving. Employee said he forgot his glasses. Something we don't want to hear is that a cook forgot their glasses. ?. Luckily food came out alright. While we were waiting in the store, some of the signs in the store were not mounted properly. The decor needed to be cleaned. I havebt been in a subway in over 7 years. But it doesn't seem like they got better.

I placed an online order only to arrive for pickup to be told that they did not have anymore of the power bowls i ordered. I asked to be refunded he refused, i asked for him to do anything...! Sub, wrap, put the ingredients in a cup, I didnt care because I already paid for it. Nope. The kid that was in there had horrible customer service skills. He was rude and refused to do anything but tell me he wasnt going to argue with me. Never again subway

My husband ordered online. When he got home from picking up the order, every sub was wrong. We went back to have them correct the issue and there was a young kid, Paul, who was extremely rude. He was on FaceTime when my husband picked up the order and still on it when we both returned. He was talking while making a new online order and you could see the spit exiting his mouth and landing on the sandwich as he spoke. It was so disgusting. He also continued to touch his phone while wearing the gloves, which makes the gloves pointless. Now every disgusting place he had placed his phone would be carried over to the sandwich. I had enough and voiced my opinion on his unsanitary practices while making a sandwich for someone as well as advising him that he'd probably not have a problem getting the sandwiches correct if he wasn't preoccupied with FaceTiming some girl, besides the fact that it is rude and unprofessional. He got irate and started yelling profanities at me. I then returned the favor. At that point he threatened to "beat my a$$" and came around to the employee entrance door. I met him there with my camera still recording and he ran back inside and continued to verbally threaten me from behind the counter. I feel bad for the other guy working there. He was very polite and doing his best to hold down the restaurant with such a maggot of a coworker to deal with. I contacted corporate subway to let them know about the incident and advised I have the entire interaction recorded, however they still have not responded. I will be reporting this to the health inspector next. Paul needs to be fired. He is not fit to work with customers at any place of business, but especially at a place where he can do this to people's food. And all it will take is for him to mouth off to the wrong person on the wrong day and they will not have the same restraint as I did. We get way better service at Firehouse.

I was taking my kids out for a Wednesday night dinner and we bought food, sat down and both my kids decided they wanted juice from the cooler. After telling them we couldnt pay for it the two artists took money out of there pay to give them 2 boxes of juice. As we were leaving we wanted to say thank you and they continued their kindness with 2 free cookies for my kiddos. Their service and patience with kids is unprecedented and the artists at this location deserve a bonus! @subway management.

I didn’t get a employee meal even though I work under same company and the worker at the time doesn’t even know my boss and he apparently has been a manager for 1 year and still doesn’t know any of the other managers from the same company. That’s why I rarely go to this subway on my lunch breaks and he acts like a know it all. How is it fair that Dunkin and Circle K give employees from the same company free stuff but not Subway. This incident happened on April 9, 2023 at 2:45pm.
