Store is supposed to open at 10. Door is locked and it's 10:10. 7/14/24

I don’t know what it is about this location that can’t get decent employees. From the guy who would wear a cowboy hat and would curse constantly, plus make you feel like it was a chore or bother that you came to order a sandwich. ??To the person who thinks wearing a hat is good enough to keep their blue hair out of the food when it’s hanging over the sandwich an whole sandwich bar, then I see them wiping their face with the same gloves that they then touch the lettuce they put on the sandwich. ?? I had to leave with out ordering.

Do not pick up from this store . Slow and only one employee working. He takes other orders after he started the one I was waiting to pick up.

The worst experience ever, server had someone else behind the counter not in uniform, she leaves then comes back asking the server for the pass the pass code and set off the security alarm. We just bought a house in the neighborhood and I'll go to oakleaf from now

Used to go here often now the sandwich hardly have anything on them very disappointed won't be back

I recently experienced a frustrating wait of over 30 minutes at a subway, despite the associate's apologies. It's clear the understaffing issue needs attention, especially during dinner hours. The associate was apologetic, but it's crucial for the company to address this by having more than one worker on duty during peak times.

The Young Man working had the Most Foul Mouth Ever! There is a way to Conduct yourself when working in an Establishment. When I brought it to his Attention about how bad he was Swearing, He Still Continued to Conduct himself in that Manner. I will Definitely Avoid going to that Location. If you live your life like that, That's your Business... But be Courteous to Others who Don't Live like that....??

Paid $20 for two footlongs, literally just pepperonis and cheese, I said not toasted and she toasted it, got 6 pepperonis on each footlong, service was bad too. Not going back, bread is over

My husband and I hadn't been to subway in a long time. We decided to try one of their new sandwich lineup which is supposed to have extra meat and cheese. My husband got the Garlic roast beef and I got the Monster. The sandwiches didn't taste bad but there definitely was no "extra" meat and cheese. We pretty much paid $14 for the better sandwiches but we actually only got the regular sandwiches. We will definitely continue to buy our subs from Publix. Publix subs are better quality and almost half the cost.

Imagine firing someone who’s baby is sick and clearly can’t attend daycare due to being sick ?Y’all suck, y’all slow, y’all food suck. Someone was coughing in the background on the phone. THEY MAKE PEOPLE WORK SICK HERE AND COUGH ON YOUR FOOD.

The guy in the cowboy hat (my boyfriend and putting that respectfully aside and rating him as an employee and as if i was a complete stranger) does a wonderful job at being patient with each customer. He makes you feel like you known him as a friend even though he is a stranger. Hope he gets a raise one day ❤️

To the guy in the cowboy hat. I give you huge respect for being patient and caring for your customers. You was the only person serving subs and I know how hard that can be. You did a wonderful job. You need a raise.

They only gave me 3 half scoops of tuna. "Said they are not allowed to give whole scoops. Then I asked for extra onions and he only put 2 slices but broke it into 3 pieces each. Said "he's not allowed to give any more"!!!! This store has become a joke I will never use this store again. Use the one right down the
