If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Annette, the sandwich maker, was very rude. She cussed in front of my kids multiple times and yelled at me for there being no ice or Dr Pepper in the machines. When I asked for a refund, they rudely told me they didn’t know how so they owe me $3.39 for a drink I couldn’t fill!They also broke multiple food service etiquette’s- no hair nets, not changing gloves after touching dirty surfaces and not wiping down the counters.

Subway use to be so good many year’s ago but the quality of food and employees has went so far downhill I can’t force myself to eat here anymore, it’s that disgusting! And fyi I use to eat subway at least 3 times a week for lunch because of the work I do!

The Karen at the register is rude, has an attitude and doesn't know how many eggs go on a footlong, when I said a footlong cones with 4 she started arguing that it doesn't and that I gotta ask for more eggs... I've been to dozens Subways across all the US and never had this problem and by the end she rings up my sandwich and adds a "6 extra charge... ITS A FOOTLONG it's supposed to have a footlong amount of eggs unless otherwise specified...

The girl was rude and never spoke other than to the other worker, bread was very well done and nothing could be heated other than by toasting. The attitude coming from the girl was like I was bothering her. I'll never visit again.

Placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order there was a sign that says due to staffing closed at 4pm. There were a couple online orders packed up on the shelf. I’m sure one was mine, but the lady would not even open the door to hand me my online order. She could have easily just opened the door and handed me the food I paid for.

Annette needs to work somewhere else where it takes less brain for a work. She is rude and unprofessional, hope manager is going to take care or whoever owns this place.

It's the second time I'm disappointed with TA services.- I stopped at TA and asked about changing the oil, the girl at the reception was kind and said yes we can do it right away- I was happy and the technician came immediately to change the semitruck's oil, after a few minutes he left and didn't come back after 20 minutes and told me we can change the oil but I can't grease it, and he simply said do you want to cancel it? - I told him of course that I want to cancel this, you can tell me this from the beginning.- However, there was too much dirt everywhere to set foot in the oil!! This is the second time it happened to me in TA.This happened on 04/05/2023 at 12:30 am.
