Shermont was an excellent sub maker and he made my experience very enjoyable! He is so professional and kind and followed my instructions to a T. Shermont was the only kind employee. I nominate Shermont as employee of the month!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Annette, the sandwich maker, was very rude. She cussed in front of my kids multiple times and yelled at me for there being no ice or Dr Pepper in the machines. When I asked for a refund, they rudely told me they didn’t know how so they owe me $3.39 for a drink I couldn’t fill!They also broke multiple food service etiquette’s- no hair nets, not changing gloves after touching dirty surfaces and not wiping down the counters.
