The sides were great. I’ve gotten the rib plate with mac&cheese and potato salad. Now I’m a country girl at heart, and if I see any food truck with a smoker then I know your grilling skills is elite, but in this case it wasn’t. If the meat is not following off the bone then you’re doing something wrong because the ribs were too tough.

They were in the community where I live this week and the food was great…the ribs was cooked perfect and so flavorful without the sauces. The nephew said the chicken was good also. Potato salad was good, I’m a Mac N Cheese critic and that was good also, I’ll go back if they come back in my area.
