“The guy working drive thru window at 9pm on Monday night 6/8 really made the night great. He went above and beyond in service which is so rare these days and was one of the few working that were busting their ass to serve customers and provide top quality service. Wish we had been able to catch his name. Hope he gets credit!“

“The people were okay.the restrooms were filthy. Looked as if someone tried to mop. But then was dancing on the toilet seats with same shoes that walked through mop water on floor. Said something to manager and a corporate person standing around in store...no rush to do anything. So walked across street to MCDONALD'S to have my lunch.“

“The manager was very professional and on top of the process. She made sure orders were coming out of the kitchen and didn't insist only kiosk orders. She was kind and courteous to guests. Very kind very considerate. I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag (white female with blonde hair) but she definitely is a breath of fresh air at Taco Bell!“

“Majority of the time my food is fresh however a few times it wasn't hot and made sloppy.I would say the night/ midday crew they have now as of lately are really consistent on hot fresh food praise them and tell them to keep up the great work.“

“There is an angel working the drive thru on Wednesday lunches. I can't remember the last time I've had such great customer service, sweet, fast, thorough and correct! If she's not running the place she should be and if you haven't given her a raise, give her one, give her 3!“

“We just picked up our dinner. And they had put the wrong sticker on our order so we went in and they corrected it quickly though we had the right combo from the start we hadn't opened the box . I only gave 4 stars bc they had put sour cream on my friends burrito and my sons so they didn't eat part of their meals. On the bright side my mini salads were delicious. Overall rating bc if mix up around 3.5 to 4.“

“The only problem I had was when I looked on the front door for the open time it said 10am. Then my friend looked on line and found the drive through was open. This information should have been on the front door. Also no other car went to the drive through for us to get a clue. All in all everything was great.“

“Went through the Drive Through today to get my mother and sister lunch. Waited maybe 5-7 minutes for their orders, didnt see a name tag but an incredibly kind woman with an infectious smile was working the drive through, and genuinely seemed happy. It feels weird saying that seeing someone happy is remarkable these days, but its the little things in life that can change a person and I dont think we realize enough how we can affect eachother even within a 3 minute interaction. “The lady at the front who also worked the back and I believe was a manager was very friendly and made you feel at home. She should be on commercials or at least a very nice promotion. The food was also fast and fresh. It's great that this is a taco bell/kfc too which are very rare these days.“
