Taco Bell in Jacksonville

“Another great Taco Bell location. I usually order on the app and pick up so everything goes nice and smoothly. Service today was fast and friendly. My order was mostly correct. I asked for fire sauce and they gave me mild which is disappointing, but I have some backup packets at home for occasions just like this.“

“This is my go-to for a quick bite. Always fast and consistent service. Sometimes hit or miss on how much filling is in your order, but when I have made big orders I have never had any missing food items. The drive-thru is always better in my opinion. I have picked up a couple times from the inside and service is usually slower inside for me. With the drive thru, even if the line is long, it moves quickly. I highly recommend using their app to place your order to ensure any customization you might want are correct (just better than yelling into a speaker and dealing with miscommunication in the drive thru). Overall this is the best fast food choice in proximity to me, and as I said, my go-to for a quick bite.“

“The people were okay.the restrooms were filthy. Looked as if someone tried to mop. But then was dancing on the toilet seats with same shoes that walked through mop water on floor. Said something to manager and a corporate person standing around in store...no rush to do anything. So walked across street to MCDONALD'S to have my lunch.“

“Excellent service today! Got hard taco supreme. Made nicely and didn't seem thrown together. Chicken chalupa supreme. One of my favorites. Topped it off with a nacho bell grande. Had 3 cars in front of me and only waited a few minutes. Cashier was friendly. I forgot to ask for sauce but she already had my bag full with a variety and extra napkins.“

“I've been here many times and have not been disappointed. The service is fast whether you're ordering in the store or ordering online in the app. The food I've received is always hot and fresh, and the portions seem to be a bit more than I generally get at other Taco Bells. Great place to eat! With service like this, I will continue to be a patron at this location.“

“I got drive-through with the New St., Chalupa tacos and they were made incorrectly when I called. I have to say I have lived here for almost 20 years and this is the first time I have seen a manager go the distance that this one dead I wish I remembered his name. It began with a N I think neko but he had replacements delivered to my home And they were incredibly built. I truly hope that this is the new level of guest experience to look forward to at this Taco Bell. This manager clearly has a good concept on customer relations and customer satisfaction. If this is what I can expect from Nico’s management services, I’ll start dining there a lot more my kids love Taco Bell and I’m tired of driving to a different location to get satisfaction“

“Went late night to drive thru when I realized the other fast food locations in that area are horrible. The woman at the drive-thru was super nice and had my food neatly prepared and ready in about 2 minutes. Since then, that's the only fast food in the area I go to besides Chicfila up the street“

“Dante is the best fast food restaurant employee I've ever had any experience with. I feel as though if I were homeless and had bad shoes he would trade his new well kept j's with mine so that I could walk ccomfortably. The nacho fries were impeccable.“

“I have ordered multiple big orders $100+ and they Have all come out 100% correct and very quickly. The staff is always very friendly and understanding of the big order they have never made it a problem. The stores always very clean when I come in I really like going to this Taco Bell specifically because of the staff.“

“I was very pleased with my order. I ordered 2 Surpreme Lux Box, Discovery Luxe Box, for under 10$ each, with several items inside, cinnamon twists, plus a drink. Just a heads up there was no avacado in sight, and that's the reason I ordered the Avocado Ranch Taco. Other than that, service was acceptional, no items misplaced or wrong orders. Great Job Taco Bell!“

“Had an enjoyable meal at Taco Bell, taco salad. I don’t tolerate very spicy food so taco bell is perfect. Flavorful but doesn’t set my mouth on fire. The store was clean, pleasant staff. It more of a computer order entry than personnel , but McDonald’s does this too. The software was easy to Taylor my salad to my likes.“

“I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but at 09:03 my husband I had the best service from cashier Deidrick P. And the Cooks had the food busting The food! The food! 😮‍💨THE FOOD!! was hot, fresh, and wasn’t lacking anything!

“The workers were slammed but remained calm and respectful. Food was fresh to order. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and lobby was full but they hustled and cleared it out by the time I left. Overall the wait was a little long but they apologized and the food was correct. They even put napkins in the bag! Also something must be wrong with their app because I ordered at 8:37pm and it said the food would be ready by 8:40 which I think is unrealistic for a party pack.“

“Just left the drive through about an hour ago after a day at the pool with my kids and wanted to take a moment to thank Jonika T for being so accommodating and professional. My autustic son is a picky eater but he lovesssss Taco Bell. I genuinely appreciated how receptive she was and her authenticity. This location is extremely close to our new home and we will def be back 😊“

“Food is good and it feels pretty clean in there. But getting either a nice worker or rude one is like a gamble. Most of the time they're nice but I have been in there a couple of times when they're rude. usually, fast food is worse in cities then in small towns. But this one I prefer then a small town just up north in Nassau Country called Callahan. That one is pretty bad.“

“The lady at the front who also worked the back and I believe was a manager was very friendly and made you feel at home. She should be on commercials or at least a very nice promotion. The food was also fast and fresh. It's great that this is a taco bell/kfc too which are very rare these days.“
