Taco Bell in Jacksonville

“This is my go-to for a quick bite. Always fast and consistent service. Sometimes hit or miss on how much filling is in your order, but when I have made big orders I have never had any missing food items. The drive-thru is always better in my opinion. I have picked up a couple times from the inside and service is usually slower inside for me. With the drive thru, even if the line is long, it moves quickly. I highly recommend using their app to place your order to ensure any customization you might want are correct (just better than yelling into a speaker and dealing with miscommunication in the drive thru). Overall this is the best fast food choice in proximity to me, and as I said, my go-to for a quick bite.“

“The people were okay.the restrooms were filthy. Looked as if someone tried to mop. But then was dancing on the toilet seats with same shoes that walked through mop water on floor. Said something to manager and a corporate person standing around in store...no rush to do anything. So walked across street to MCDONALD'S to have my lunch.“

“Just came through the drive-through. I paid for extra meat and definitely didn't get it. No napkins or sauce. SMH. I GET 1 MEAL A DAY AND REALLY DON'T LIKE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING AND GET SMALL PROTEIN 😒 no I'm not homeless on SSI and can't afford to eat 2or 3 meals a day!!!!!! 😞😓“

“i had the best crunch wrap supreme at this taco bell location. it was extremely flavorful, and filled generously with meat, sauce, and other toppings. it was so easy to order and the food came out very quickly. even though it was late at night when i ordered, the quality of my meal did not disappoint. if i lived closer i would exclusively go to this location.“

“Dante is the best fast food restaurant employee I've ever had any experience with. I feel as though if I were homeless and had bad shoes he would trade his new well kept j's with mine so that I could walk ccomfortably. The nacho fries were impeccable.“

“I got drive-through with the New St., Chalupa tacos and they were made incorrectly when I called. I have to say I have lived here for almost 20 years and this is the first time I have seen a manager go the distance that this one dead I wish I remembered his name. It began with a N I think neko but he had replacements delivered to my home And they were incredibly built. I truly hope that this is the new level of guest experience to look forward to at this Taco Bell. This manager clearly has a good concept on customer relations and customer satisfaction. If this is what I can expect from Nico’s management services, I’ll start dining there a lot more my kids love Taco Bell and I’m tired of driving to a different location to get satisfaction“

“Standard service, they were clearly understaffed and the person in the window was trying to take orders and hand out orders at the same moment. No greeting, no words spoken, just orders being taken while I wait for my food at the window. I don’t expect much but I at least want to be spoken to when I’m being handed a lemonade I didn’t order and I politely mention I didn’t order a lemonade. Not eyes rolled and a window slammed shut!“

“Excellent service today! Got hard taco supreme. Made nicely and didn't seem thrown together. Chicken chalupa supreme. One of my favorites. Topped it off with a nacho bell grande. Had 3 cars in front of me and only waited a few minutes. Cashier was friendly. I forgot to ask for sauce but she already had my bag full with a variety and extra napkins.“

“This Taco Bell is the last bastion of hope. All the other Taco Bell's near me taste stale and don't even follow protocol. This one has food that doesn't taste like wet socks and staleness. Thank you to the workers because this made me want to order from Taco Bell again.“

“Katrina was exceptionally helpful and kind. They got my order out quick and for a great price. We need to appreciate the people serving us our food. They feed you and your families too. Lets be respectful to them. You go here because you are hungry and want to get the most from your purchase. We dont always want to cook and clean up. “I've been here many times and have not been disappointed. The service is fast whether you're ordering in the store or ordering online in the app. The food I've received is always hot and fresh, and the portions seem to be a bit more than I generally get at other Taco Bells. “The only problem I had was when I looked on the front door for the open time it said 10am. Then my friend looked on line and found the drive through was open. This information should have been on the front door. Also no other car went to the drive through for us to get a clue. All in all everything was great.“

“Kaylee and Krystal were amazing. I came in right before closing and they were still helpful, patient, and kind. This was only my second time trying Taco Bell, and they gave me great recommendations. Their customer service made a big impression and definitely makes me want to come back more often.“

“The lady at the front who also worked the back and I believe was a manager was very friendly and made you feel at home. She should be on commercials or at least a very nice promotion. The food was also fast and fresh. It's great that this is a taco bell/kfc too which are very rare these days.“

“Went through the Drive Through today to get my mother and sister lunch. Waited maybe 5-7 minutes for their orders, didnt see a name tag but an incredibly kind woman with an infectious smile was working the drive through, and genuinely seemed happy. It feels weird saying that seeing someone happy is remarkable these days, but its the little things in life that can change a person and I dont think we realize enough how we can affect eachother even within a 3 minute interaction.
