Taco Bell in Jacksonville

“This is my go-to for a quick bite. Always fast and consistent service. Sometimes hit or miss on how much filling is in your order, but when I have made big orders I have never had any missing food items. The drive-thru is always better in my opinion. I have picked up a couple times from the inside and service is usually slower inside for me. With the drive thru, even if the line is long, it moves quickly. I highly recommend using their app to place your order to ensure any customization you might want are correct (just better than yelling into a speaker and dealing with miscommunication in the drive thru). Overall this is the best fast food choice in proximity to me, and as I said, my go-to for a quick bite.“

“The people were okay.the restrooms were filthy. Looked as if someone tried to mop. But then was dancing on the toilet seats with same shoes that walked through mop water on floor. Said something to manager and a corporate person standing around in store...no rush to do anything. So walked across street to MCDONALD'S to have my lunch.“

“The women on your staff tonight were amazing! For 1AM the woman taking my order was so sweet and lively and bubbly. Everything was right, all the sauces and extras and the no tomatoes I asked for were not on there. No complaints! Those girls kick ass and she made me smile driving away . She's funny!“

He was so very sweet taking my order over the drive thru intercom, and then when I came in to ask about my order, he was so very friendly and helpful! by FAR best experience I’ve had in any fast food place EVER. “I never thought I would be giving a google review for Taco Bell. However, last night I had a huge craving for a chicken cantina taco at about 10:30 pm . Upon arriving I noticed a menu item the new dip and nachos. I asked the person taking my order if it was good. To which she replied , yes. I decided to get 2 chx cantina soft tacos, chips & dip and a drink. I pulled up paid. I then decided to tell her how I was laying in bed and got up for this ridiculous craving. To my surprise she engaged pleasantly and we laughed about sometimes you just need a taco. I am going to assume this craving was god telling me I needed Taco Bell from this location. When I tell you this was the best meal from Taco Bell in my life……….. the tacos were so delicious the meat was warm and the cabbage was cool and crisp. The tacos weren’t thrown into the bag. They were neat and what felt like hardy. These tacos must have been made with love because bayyyybayyyyy this almost made me want to turn around and get more but I restrained myself. This whole team deserves a raise. It’s never happened that I have gotten fast food from anywhere and I walk away saying I need to write a positive google review for TACO BELL. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish and fast food workers are under appreciated. I hope this is seen by corporate and the team last night gets the recognition they deserve.“

“I usually stop by this Taco Bell on my way home. The staff here is always pretty chill and friendly. They got my order 100% correct, which doesn't always happen at other locations. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was hot and put together well. It’s a fast food joint, so expectations are what they are, but this one is consistently reliable.“

“No customer service, you have to order in a machine, and it does not accept cash, so I have to then wait in the counter until someone from the kitchen take pity on you to come to take the money. And, if you don't want to use the machine an employee might be able to help to hit those buttons, and overcharged something I did not want, an strawberry refresca, for the amount of $5.26 added to my order, something I did not wanted in order. I had to go again to the counter to be reimbursed. Be careful, and don't forget to check your receipt.“

“Always great service and quick. I always order through app to get extra points always great from their burritos which I usually order pressed on grill just taste better to their chalupas and crunchwraps. Just wish they added more steak to their products“

“We just picked up our dinner. And they had put the wrong sticker on our order so we went in and they corrected it quickly though we had the right combo from the start we hadn't opened the box . I only gave 4 stars bc they had put sour cream on my friends burrito and my sons so they didn't eat part of their meals. On the bright side my mini salads were delicious. Overall rating bc if mix up around 3.5 to 4.“

“I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for a while now due to its close proximity to work. Only after the first few times they were quickly able to remember me each and every time I went through the drive through or came in store for an order pick up. Octavia in particular is always super nice and is always sure to add an appropriate amount of sauce to my orders and make sure everything is right. This is by far one of the better Taco Bells I’ve went to and would highly recommend it. Unlike a few others I’ve been to around town I’ve never had an issue with this one messing up my orders, not even once. Great service would recommend this one over others in town.“

“Katrina was exceptionally helpful and kind. They got my order out quick and for a great price. We need to appreciate the people serving us our food. They feed you and your families too. Lets be respectful to them. You go here because you are hungry and want to get the most from your purchase. We dont always want to cook and clean up. Tacobell will be there for you when you need them.“

“I just got off work and I forgot all I had was a $50 on me. I was getting food for my kids and I don’t know the cashier and the managers name but they didn’t give me any issue about breaking the 50. Very patient and sweet. I wish I knew their names“

“The only problem I had was when I looked on the front door for the open time it said 10am. Then my friend looked on line and found the drive through was open. This information should have been on the front door. Also no other car went to the drive through for us to get a clue. All in all everything was great.“

“Went through the Drive Through today to get my mother and sister lunch. Waited maybe 5-7 minutes for their orders, didnt see a name tag but an incredibly kind woman with an infectious smile was working the drive through, and genuinely seemed happy. It feels weird saying that seeing someone happy is remarkable these days, but its the little things in life that can change a person and I dont think we realize enough how we can affect eachother even within a 3 minute interaction. Dont know your name, but Thanks for making my day better!

“Went through the drive thru and they were ready to get my order before I finished braking! Then made the best Taco Bell I have ever had! I had to call them a give my compliments directly to the chef! 10/10 I would have pictures but it was gone too fast“

“The lady at the front who also worked the back and I believe was a manager was very friendly and made you feel at home. She should be on commercials or at least a very nice promotion. The food was also fast and fresh. It's great that this is a taco bell/kfc too which are very rare these days.“
