“The people were okay.the restrooms were filthy. Looked as if someone tried to mop. But then was dancing on the toilet seats with same shoes that walked through mop water on floor. Said something to manager and a corporate person standing around in store...no rush to do anything. So walked across street to MCDONALD'S to have my lunch.“

“Ordered off kiosk. At the end, the screen asked to put full name and 1 letter for last name. Put "Igotta" for the first name and "P" for the last name. Girl behind the counter asked if she really had to call it out loud. I said yep. She said it. "I Gotta P". 5 stars for excellent customer sevice!“

“Another great Taco Bell location. I usually order on the app and pick up so everything goes nice and smoothly. Service today was fast and friendly. My order was mostly correct. I asked for fire sauce and they gave me mild which is disappointing, but I have some backup packets at home for occasions just like this.“

“I've been here many times and have not been disappointed. The service is fast whether you're ordering in the store or ordering online in the app. The food I've received is always hot and fresh, and the portions seem to be a bit more than I generally get at other Taco Bells. “I really liked this place, as well as the nearby Lily FS restaurant! Taco Bell offers delicious and filling Mexican inspired food. Richly flavored burritos and tacos are always fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, perfect for a quick bite with friends or a group. Like Lily FS Restaurant (at 1706 Southside Blvd #6, Jacksonville, FL 32216), the attention to quality and taste is top notch. The staff is always happy to help and the food is always fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back again!“

“Often come here for food. Usually I pull up to the window but today it was delivery. So far, I've had good experiences with this location and will definitely come back. Thanks to the works, staff preparing the food, serving the community and delivery drivers. 👌“

“This is our regular taco bell. I don't love taco bell in general, but this one is my favorite. The food is always hot and correct. And the people at the window are usually very nice. I don't think I have had to go inside to have my food fixed at this location for over a year. That's amazing honestly. 😆 cantina chicken tacos are freaking so good.“

“Fatima was super nice and understanding Uber eats messed up my order and instead of being over charged she gave me a free chicken chalupa supreme she truly made my night!! I have been going though a harsh time in life and she definitely put a smile to my face and had a very cheerful energy the second she answered the phone to me.“

Taco Bell in general is way overpriced nowadays. ? ? ? ??I feel like I'm living in Demolition Man the Movie ??I could get 10 Tacos for less than 1 now in the 90's & I understand inflation but that is astronomical inflation! Why during the pandemic especially didn't they offer .49c/.59c retro taco price on Tuesdays with a limit per person fine, 5 or 10 total per car ? or person. They would've been a huge hit & made a lot of money & it would've been good press. ??‍♀️?

“Had an enjoyable meal at Taco Bell, taco salad. I don’t tolerate very spicy food so taco bell is perfect. Flavorful but doesn’t set my mouth on fire. The store was clean, pleasant staff. It more of a computer order entry than personnel , but McDonald’s does this too. The software was easy to Taylor my salad to my likes.“

“I've had issues with door dash orders here but everytime I go for lunch, although it might take a few minutes, it is usually fresh and accurate. The older gentleman who I believe might be a manager was able to resolve my issues with door dash and is overall a nice guy who also gets on the line and helps make food too. I have nothing but good things to say about the service during lunch time at least.“

“This is my go-to when I'm not trying to break the bank but want something other than home cooking. I usually get the same thing every time and it actually tastes the same every time. There are also plenty of things you can add on but I didn't know about them until I started ordering through delivery apps. Will keep going back.“

“Food is good and it feels pretty clean in there. But getting either a nice worker or rude one is like a gamble. Most of the time they're nice but I have been in there a couple of times when they're rude. usually, fast food is worse in cities then in small towns. But this one I prefer then a small town just up north in Nassau Country called Callahan. That one is pretty bad.“

“Started coming to this one instead of university ave because that store is TERRIBLE. With the exception of one guy and a girl, no on else in that store knows what customer service is... this store is way better. If I could change anything, I would change the weird thing people do here, which is call you up yo the counter twice... once for your drink and another for your food. Just call me when everything is ready... once“

“The lady at the front who also worked the back and I believe was a manager was very friendly and made you feel at home. She should be on commercials or at least a very nice promotion. The food was also fast and fresh. It's great that this is a taco bell/kfc too which are very rare these days.“
