Got the deluxe Luxe box and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and fast service wasn’t super friendly, but the food was good and they also did not forget my mild sauce.
Had to send food back several times till they got is right. Stick to tacos or soft tacos. If you venture farther is becomes a nightmare.
Customer service at the register was polite and professional. My order was accurate however the 5 Layer Burrito wasn't constructed properly. I didn't complain, I still ate it.
The lobby needs some attention. The floor in some parts could really use a deck scrub. Many tables were littered and chairs pulled out.
If it wasn't for your cashier this review would have been much worse.
