Was trying to eat, do work and charge my devices. The charge suddenly stopped ( I was wondering why my phone battery was depleting so much). Then a gentleman next to me said he had the same issue. Basically, I waited for someone to address me. Everyone said the charging outlets have not worked for months, if not ever. I have to go to Starbucks. Why do you have charging units if it won't work. And more importantly, why hasn't the GM or managers gotten their multi-billion dollar company to fix it? It's so inconsiderate. Also tables were dirty.

Went to order a meal and greeted by rude worker who would not answer me ignored me and I looked behind the counter and Say the same worker on her phone with the same gloves she was prepping food with & went from being on her phone to prepping food again.
Crazy manager at 3:00 am forgot to leave the door open and tried to stop me from throwing away trash in trash can. Yall need to let them know who they are working for

The team messed up my order and we unfortunately didn’t remember to bring the receipt for a couple of months. Apparently, they switched managers in the interim and I was told first they had to check the book, and then once the current manager saw the receipt, she tells me Kristin had been gone for 3 months and she took over the store…. Over 4 tacos? She can’t replace this or that, like she has a personal vendetta with Kristin. Idk. Customer service isn’t what it used to be.
