“This is a small and quaint real Thai restaurant. It was run by the owner. She is working as the hostess, server, and cook. Be patient as she is doing it all. The food is real authentic Thai food. It's not Americanized. The food was amazing. I have crab rangoons, spring rolls and red curry with shrimp. The crab rangoons have seasoning added to the cream cheese making it yellow. Interesting twist. They tasted like it was mixed with curry so good. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I have lived in Jax for 16 years and this is hands down the best Thai food in the area. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is peaceful, with a beautiful display of the owner’s art work. The servers are kind and attentive even when busy.“

“I was looking for another Thai Restaurant on the Southside and decided to try it. I tried their Yellow curry,Spring rolls and Crab Rangoon it was delicious. The Yellow Curry had so much flavor.. The food was delicious. I will definitely be going back...👍🏾“

“Driving to Siesta Key and stayed the night nearby at the Embassy Suites. They recommended Pataya Thai and we’re pleased we visited. A family owned and operated restaurant with huge portions, great and friendly service, and fresh, healthy food. Matt was great!“

“We went to Lamai Thai on Tuesday and were beyond impressed. The food was all SO good, especially the Tom Yum and Siam chicken. Our server Z'Nyah was so friendly and patient with all of our questions. She made some great recommendations and provided the best service, along with everyone there. The prices were great, and the portions were large. We will certainly be back.“

“First time trying this restaurant. Was a little nervous about the atmosphere because it looks like it doubles as a nightclub as well (DJ booth, dance floor lights, etc). However, the food was fantastic, and the service was prompt and pleasant. The portion sizes were large and we had lots of leftovers to take home. Prices were also very good for the quality and quantity. We will definitely add this to our list of places to go for Thai. As a side note, the server said that they do have Saturday night after hours events that are hosted by a third party, so that explains the dance floor and DJ booth. 😊“

“Got the Drunken Noodle and Pad Thai super delicious and the portions were a good size. You can choose the spicy level on your dishes I got medium and it had a little kick I can’t imagine how spicy Thai spicy is!
Also got the egg rolls that was my favorite part with their sweet chill sauce. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.“

“We have been waiting months and months for Green Papaya in Longwood to finally open and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the wait! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was calming, and so thoughtfully designed. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out beautifully presented.
