Staff was not outgoing and helpful, but when I asked the right questions I got mostly correct answers. It was good to get some food and rest, but the "buffet" was not diligently restocked and most of the furniture was pretty badly worn. For the price, I expected more. They really need a bit of refurbishing and some customer service training.

Kid-friendliness: I would not consider this place to be kid friendly. It seems much better suited to weary business...

Place is nice to get away from the crowds and get some quiet time. The food is ok. Furniture is looking pretty worn. There are better lounge s out there. This one seems to be struggling.

I'm glad they have a club at this airport. With delays going into Houston, it was a nice place to relax and enjoyed fingerfoods.

Not very big and seating was limited. I was able to find a nice comfortable chair.
