I really cannot say enough good things about the Empanada Lady! My families absolutely favorite food truck. The food is top notch. I’ve tried all of her empanadas now and haven’t tried one yet that wasn’t delicious. She has a regular menu of favorites and then rotates out specials. Empanada Lady empanadas are my weekend ritual.She offers a variety of flavorful and creative fillings and her pastry dough is buttery and crispy! The portions are sized generously; one is enough to satisfy, but two are perfect for a meal-sized portion.I recommend the sausage and plantain (we love a sweet and salty combo, especially with the salsa she makes to pair!) and any of her chicken empanadas, as they’re my personal favorites.
