In what I'm sure was a high-stress, difficult situation when the restaurant's payment system failed, Brandon provided excellent customer service. In my frustration, I am sure I added to Brandon's stress (embarrassingly enough- sorry Brandon!) He still went above and beyond for me as a customer. On top of that, the food was amazing :) I will 100% be coming back to the Loop!

I truly appreciate restaurants like this. My job keeps me on the road a majority of the time. And, depending on the hotel/AirBnB, cooking isn't always an option. So, I am often forced to eat out which gets tiresome. But, The Loop is not your typical place. In the past month, I have eaten here 4 times. 3 burgers and one pizza. Both chips and steak fries for the sides. The location is spotless. The staff are friendly and courteous. However, the most important thing is the food....

Second visit, had a minor hiccup on first visit but Kenny went out of his way to make it up. The pizza is delicious, fresh and tasty! Thank you so much to him & the staff. Everyone has a great attitude. Definitely when in town, I will return! 🫶🏻
