Visited during lunch today with hopes of a quick burrito. I was surprised to see only three employees during such a busy hour, which led to a 15-minute wait just to order. When I finally got to the counter, I was informed of an additional 30-minute wait for my meal. Given that it was my lunch break, I had no choice but to leave without ordering. Overall I enjoyed my experience. This was my first time eating at Tijuana Flats. I was craving nachos and quesadillas. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I like that it came with chips. I was confused as to why salsa didn't come with chips though. However a small scoop of pico came on the side with sour cream and guacamole too.
