Ordered 2 drinks that cost 22 dollars waiting on a group of friends. they was at a different bar so we left. Next night our group decided to meet at time out set down ordered a drink waiting on them and bartender told me if I didn't tip better I would never drink there ever again cause that's how he pays his bills. So we called everyone in our group and had them meet down the road at another bar. I'd have to say that was the rudest bartender I have ever met. Never again will I go in that bar again

Horrible customer service never authorized them to take a tip out of my account the guy at the bar tip himself $10 when I came to pick up my TAKE OUT! Wings was 4 out of 10 very dry \\u0026 fries couldn’t even rate beyond disgusting extremely cold tasted like it was made in fish oil I WILL NEVER GO BACK READY FOR THEM TO SHUT DOWN so another business can show them how things should be ran!

Good sports bar, staff, and food. Always a good option for groups and sports. Pool, darts, air hockey, etc.
The pizza here is some of the best we've had during our time here in Jacksonville. Monday's and Thursday's are our favorite days to go with 1/2 off pizza who can beat that?? We love the sports bar feel and the fact that it's family friendly. Our kids love to go and play ping pong and the different arcade games they have available. My favorite drink here is the pomegranate martini.

This used to be a good sports bar, but ever since the Mandarin location opened it seems like this place is an afterthought. Last night there was a big pile of garbage outside the front door. Not a great first impression. The ladies rest room was filthy. Food arrived lukewarm. Time out needs a time out to get its act together.

First time here for jags game.. our server Jordan was so nice and did an amazing job. However, kitchen was backed up. Took over an hour for our food and it was even messed up (how difficult is it to make boneless vs bone in wings) .. and the manager, Casey sat on her butt the whole time watching the game while the rest of staff busting their tail during such a busy crowd. Tried talking to the manager and she couldn't even keep eye contact while informing her of our issues. the game was apparently more important to her than customers. . I think... wait.. I recommend the manager needs some major training on how to actually work and be a manager.
