1/2 star because the staff was very friendly and accommodating 1/2 Star for resilience and staying at this location. Ambiance: the place looks dingy, unorganized, not very clean, the displays are flat out junky and appear to be very old and need replacements. Since this food joint is the only one open at the Regency mall food court, I guess they stopped trying! Food: is one if the worst I had in Jacksonville! I don't know where the owner is from, but what they are selling is hardly Japanese cuisine, but more like a very bad korean/Chinese version. I ordered lunch with a drink and it was $15+. The bottled sprite expired Sept 2023, the food was so greasy it was inedible. It appears that the ingredients had been cooked a while back and a guy just heats it up with additional grease. The terriaky chicken was dry and tasted and looked like terribly cut up left-over chicken that has seen better days. It contains greasy chicken pieces, barely cut to eat with some unidentifiable sauce. Very, very disappointing meal that found its way into the trash. This "mall" should close it's doors already permanently, and I hope this owner as well.

Excellent food! I always order the beef and chicken teriyaki meal with vegetable fried rice. Always a great go to place for delicious wholesome food.

They used to be really friendly and cared about their customers, they've started to make more and more revenue and the customer service is going out the window, they are even talking about a complaining customer in front of other customers joking about them, loudly.. that's not very professional.I absolutely love their food, but attitude is starting to not be worth it.
