Smoothies are delicious and food was also the dont have a good choice of low calorie items lowest item on the menu is 300 or so calories and for people that are trying to have high protein low calorie low carb meals almost impossible to eat here. But everything I tried was good.

I have ordered blimey limeys for over 10 years, they are always a dark pink and taste like it has lime (hense the name). I ordered one here and it was orange, I said I think you have me the wrong one, they said no, I said why is it orange they are normally a reddish pink. 3 remakes later and the last one by a manger, still was wrong. One tasted like pineapple, one tasted all orange and the one the manager made tasted like banana. I showed her internet pics of what is suppose to look like and she rolled her eyes and didn't even offer to give me my money back.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe nailed it! I ordered two Bacon Ranch wraps and a Jetty Punch smoothie, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and fast. The wraps were perfectly toasted with plenty of crisp bacon and creamy ranch, and the smoothie tasted like real strawberries and bananas—bright and not overly sweet. Staff were friendly, the order was accurate, and the store was clean. Great value and great vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

On Aug 1st, I’d made an order on the Tropical Smoothie app at this location worth $70 for delivery. However, after I completed the transaction, I realized that it was a pickup instead of a delivery. So, I tried canceling the order on the app, it wouldn’t let me. Then, I called the store so they can refund me, and they told me that their “manager wasn’t available to help, so come in the next day and the manager will be able to refund you.” In which I did! Having said that, I went in the following day and the manager didn’t help at all. She claimed that the district manager will “get in touch with me.” Of course he/she never did. I’ve been on the TS corporate website and left a complaint and have not received a response yet. It’s been over a month and no response from anyone regarding my situation.

I regret to say that my recent experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Oakleaf was very disappointing. The quality of the food was not up to par, and it became clear that attention to detail was severely lacking in the preparation of my order.

Specific instructions noted on my receipt were completely overlooked, which is frustrating for any customer. It raises concerns about the overall quality control and service standards at this location. Can the staff preparing orders not read? It’s disheartening to see such negligence in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, when I called to express my concerns, the manager dismissed my feedback without even attempting to discuss how the issue could be resolved. This lack of engagement and disregard for customer input is unacceptable.

Given this experience, I have no faith in the quality control or customer service at this location and will not be returning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve for future customers.

Chia banana boost total waste. Completely tasteless and an icy chip mess. Was told I couldn't contact GM by email. Hopefully Mrs. Decker will respond back soon for personal feedback. I explained in detail what I didn't want and not to overuse ice because I've experienced this whole visiting this location before. 🚨🙂‍↔️
