On Aug 1st, I’d made an order on the Tropical Smoothie app at this location worth $70 for delivery. However, after I completed the transaction, I realized that it was a pickup instead of a delivery. So, I tried canceling the order on the app, it wouldn’t let me. Then, I called the store so they can refund me, and they told me that their “manager wasn’t available to help, so come in the next day and the manager will be able to refund you.” In which I did! Having said that, I went in the following day and the manager didn’t help at all. She claimed that the district manager will “get in touch with me.” Of course he/she never did. I’ve been on the TS corporate website and left a complaint and have not received a response yet. It’s been over a month and no response from anyone regarding my situation.

I regret to say that my recent experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Oakleaf was very disappointing. The quality of the food was not up to par, and it became clear that attention to detail was severely lacking in the preparation of my order.

Specific instructions noted on my receipt were completely overlooked, which is frustrating for any customer. It raises concerns about the overall quality control and service standards at this location. Can the staff preparing orders not read? It’s disheartening to see such negligence in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, when I called to express my concerns, the manager dismissed my feedback without even attempting to discuss how the issue could be resolved. This lack of engagement and disregard for customer input is unacceptable.

Given this experience, I have no faith in the quality control or customer service at this location and will not be returning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve for future customers.

Chia banana boost total waste. Completely tasteless and an icy chip mess. Was told I couldn't contact GM by email. Hopefully Mrs. Decker will respond back soon for personal feedback. I explained in detail what I didn't want and not to overuse ice because I've experienced this whole visiting this location before. 🚨🙂‍↔️

staff is regularly rude and very unhelpful. I’ve been told to wait so that the cashier could talk about personal business, completely ignored, and handed food like this bowl that’s half full, bags that are greasy and nasty, if I’m paying 13 dollars for a bowl why am I getting a half full tossed together pile of junk, while having to deal with rude staff?

5Star experience, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! I come into this location!!!!! Look! Review been long over due, I normally grab the island Green, I done been turnt to that peanut paradise with the pea protein!!!! Look man!!!!! It’s a hit every time! From the order to the sip, #issaHIT

Shoutout to that boy, Devin at that Applecross location fr fr wouldn’t be surprised if I seen him in a polo managing his own location, he had the vibes, the vernacular, young man had it all!!!!

If I could give less I would. The manager was very RUDE. I’m huge on customer service and when something was made incorrect it’s very easy to just correct it. Instead of giving an attitude! Also, the smoothie that I received was the new Ohana and the flavor was lacking which is abnormal. I was very disappointed with the stop this time. With this being said this was my 4th attempt with bad service and food before writing this review. I love the idea of tropical smoothie and normally have a great experience with mediocre food. However, this by far was not ok!

I ordered a blueberry bliss smoothie with Caribbean jerk wrap. The smoothie was extremely Icey as if it lacked fruit. And hard to drink the wrap was seriously terrible. It had hardly any chicken. Was mostly lettuce.

Unfortunately, out of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafes from TN to FL, this has been the worse experience. The only bright light was that it was located in a popular area. From the manager, to the server, to the cashier, I was appalled by the service given. If I was secretly shopping this store for corporate, this would be a failing grade.

This store location was night and day from the location on St. Augustine Rd. That location had A greeting with a smile, they took the time to get my order correct and even wished me well.

This Oakleaf stores cashier was on the phone texting in plain sight as I waited in the store for over 3 minutes. The actual server who created my smoothie and order had to remind her to get off the phone. I had no greeting, no smile and no one wanted to take my order.

The shift lead also didn’t follow procedure of taking the correct discount receipt, and handing back the original. He quickly threw it in the trash and said I couldn’t have it back.
That’s not how you handle a traveling customer who needed that receipt for business expenses.

Unfortunately, this store needs heavy improvement and corporate will be notified.

Every time I order ahead, my smoothie and food are ready before my ETA. They are quick!

Super clean dining area, trash cans are never full, restrooms always clean, and the fruit is always fresh.

Great smoothies. Clean place. Great customer service. Will come back!
