Second time visiting this location had the same issue both visits. Won’t be returning. Ordered the passion fruit mojito and the first visit they forgot to add the mint leaves to it so they literally just put a few leaves in the already made drink. Second visit no mint leaves again only this time she said “they ran out” it would have been good customer service if they would have addressed it before making the drink without an ingredient and assuming that would be okay. The mint makes is a mojito. So I literally just asked for a refund ..very disappointing
Nice and very clean. Food was fresh, but they use artificial food coloring. It was so good, I'll go back for something else.
Good bubble tea and the sizes were good I like their mango one with 50%sugar
My favorite place in Jacksonville to get boba! My go to is the brown sugar milk tea boba😋
It really is the “company policy “ that no substitute topping but only have to pay extra? Also, even I paid extra, why I only have the added topping but not the original one that supposed to come with the drink?
This location is almost the worst with the service attitude. I wonder is it because you don’t worry about losing customers at all??
This is my favorite place to go
I stopped in here to try one of those bubble tea things and I got the cloud Mist green milk tea with 50% sugar and it tasted so horrible I had to urge my mom to take the child lock off of the window so that I could roll it down and immediately spit it out. It is one of the most awful things I've ever tasted in my life. I'm not really sure how this place is a business. And to make matters worse when you walk in there nobody greets you and nobody says anything to you they just expect you to walk up to their massive tablet and figure out how to place your order. They have no recommendations or anything like that. This was my first and last time ever going here.
Not quite as friendly as my local small Boba shop but good. We went an hour before closing on a Sunday night. It was quiet inside, beautifully decorated. Drinks and food came up fairly quickly. Overall, a very good experience and we were able to get out of there well before they closed.
Really good Boba with a selective menu. They also have Korean corn dogs. Yummy.
We ordered Sakura Oolong milk tea and fried shrimp shumai. The shrimp was ok, but the tea was not what we expected.

Love the variety of options! Tried a specialty tea and it was delicious. The 30% sweetness was ideal for me, but I love all the customization options.

Love boba!
Tried this place for the first time with one of my close friend since we were craving something sweet. We both got bobas as well she got a snack a bubble waffle which was pretty okay, but the brown sugar milk tea I would say 7/10 for me as it was too sweet. The inside is pretty small and intimate as well the service was okay no Welcome in type of scenario or have a good day but it’s fine no biggie but just courtesy to greet customers when they come in. Overall for my first time it wasn’t that bad but I’ll probably order a different boba than the brown sugar milk tea.
