Tutem tea goes past the normal milk teas. They employ lots of fruit or different combinations as compared to their competitors. I highly recommend the caramel milk tea as the caramel sauce they make homemade is so rich and dark and delicious!

We got milk teas and unfortunately they tasted watered down. Maybe it's because we asked for half sweet? But that shouldn't affect the flavor. Both the matcha and the pearl tea we had were pretty underwhelming. We tried a different cafe today at half sweetness and they were great.. so unfortunately we weren't impressed by Tutem.. maybe we got them on an off day?

My favorite drink here is the king fone oolong. I have tried a few others such as the lemon black tea and Hong Kong milk tea. The Hong Kong milk tea is okay. The owner(?) who makes it seems to use an authentic method but the flavor is lacking. Every time I've visited, there's only one person working so it can be a bit of a wait. I've also walked in and waited about 10 minutes one time and no one ever came to the front. If they were on a bathroom break of sorts, I'd suggest putting up a sign so customers know.

I went there while traveling from Orlando because I wanted boba. I got the menu and 2 out of the three things I got were not available. Also, when I got my drinks, both barely had any flavor nor sweetness to it.

I understand we had a large order with one guy working but people came in after us and got their drink first? Seems like they knew the owner but not really great service when you see your employee needing assistance but don't help him get the orders out fast to the people who came in first. The drinks were mid nothing special. I had the kiwi Yakut. Definitely better places out there with better service and drinks.

The tea here is delicious and always fresh. Very fast and friendly service. They do run out of items from time to time. A must visit for some tea while in the area. A major plus is they make the jelly fresh not the canned stuff. This time I ordered the Tutem fruit tea with boba and jelly.

Cute place but the employee was quite rude, didn't greet us at all and when we left he was just hanging out outside the store leaving the store unattended. The boba itself was quite good but the cheese foam was definitely too salty for us
SOOOOO GOOD the best boba tea place ive been too its made with fresh real ingredients and not just powder its never too sweet the flavor it always just right this is THE place to go for bubble tea !!

I am not totally impressed this place. They have poor sanitation. Me and my friend ordered ube,mango with booba we noticed how dirty the kitchen was. We really don't think they ever clean or wash those blenders and other kitchen after use.

This location a bit unmaintained in my opinion. I love this chain especially the one in 5 points area.The staff is always friendly and the drinks are pretty well made compared to other places in Jax.I ordered Charcoal cheese foam tea. The foam is rich and creamy, perfectly salted and sweetened. But the best drink here is def mango coconut tea!

Don't let the small size of the shop fool you these teas pack a huge flavor! I got the mango fruit tea with foam on top and Boba on the bottom. It was excellent and tasted so fresh. It was a chilly day but the flavors really were so fulfilling and on point. My son got the Ube with Boba on bottom! It was not only very flavorful but so beautifully made! We actually got two mango ones to go because they were so good! The quality is wonderful!
