Vale catered a beautiful and healthy lunch for the teachers and staff of Global Leadership Academy. From first contact through set up Aaron the manager and Sonny the owner handled the event like it was a white glove gala. Their communication was on point leaving no room for worries. Everything arrived hot, smelling delicious and set up with care. We ordered 1x Full Pan of Vale Rice

Vale Food Co offers excellent customer service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, including Rose, Brittany, and Madison, are helpful and professional. Customers enjoy the vegan protein almond butter brownies and appreciate the attention to detail in service. Brittany went out of her way to ensure a customer's order was corrected and even offered to deliver it. The food is of really good quality and provides a great alternative to places like Chipotle and Cava, although it is pricier and charges extra for more than one sauce or additional toppings. Some customers found online ordering difficult, but they still enjoyed the variety of flavors, including unique toppings like buffaloe chickpeas and moist ancho pulled chicken. While there have been minor issues, such as forgotten items or unavailable teas, the overall experience is positive. Vale Food Co is a great spot for a weeknight meal with exceptional service and tasty dishes.
