“The staff here at the waffle house were just super nice and tentative to the customers needs. Jasmine and Austin were just amazing. They really helped each other out by looking after each other‘s customers if the other one was busy. It was truly a great experience and the food was awesome!“

“Love Waffle Houses. This was no different...friendly people and good, fresh food. This location is a bit tricky to get to due to the layout of neighboring businesses.
Although things are generally more expensive the Waffle House prices have REALLY escalated. I'm in favor of paying those hard working employees what they deserve but wow...we are talking about eggs, potatoes and batter here.“
“Stopped by this Waffle House heading to a cruise and was immediately greeted by an amazing server named Kat/Cat. She was pleasant, friendly and extremely inviting. Her personality was everything. She constantly checked on us and was so charismatic. The food was actually perfect. Everything was right on time and this experience made our day. Perfect way to start a vacation. I frequent Waffle House in Dallas and this visit to #71 in Jacksonville Fl near the airport was by far the best, thanks to Kat/Cat! If you are ever in Jacksonville Fl be sure to stop by and ask for Kat/Cat, it will be worth it. Thanks Kat/Cat!!“

The staff here were extremely friendly, and the service was outstanding. My food came out fresh and cooked perfectly — hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! The freshly brewed hot coffee was a great bonus.

“One of the ladies working here was amazing with our kids. Give them Waffle House hats, offered to take our pictures, and asked the kids what music they would like to hear and played it! She was incredible - a unique experience at Waffle House.“
“A wonderful atmosphere and amazing service. The workers have a fantastic and warm vibe. Plus the food is excellent ?. I got the $12 breakfast meal it was good and the eggs were perfect and the bacon was crisp and the grits was slapping. They were attentive even when it was busy with refilling our coffees! 10/10 will be back for breakfasts!

“Talk about sticker shock. Ordered the 2 egg breakfast for my wife and sausage,egg, cheese on Texas toast with an orange juice drink for me. It was 32$ with Service fee and Togo fee. Never spent that much money at Waffle House. I cancelled my sausage egg cheese sandwich and OJ. Other than that it was fine.“
“The staff here were amazing, especially the manager Don. Kind, genuine and very quick service. Mom and I had a fun time with the All Star Special. Only $13.50! Cleaned my plate.
I substituted grits for smothered hash browns and the bacon for chicken sausage. Eggs over easy to get all necessary nutrients 😉 Oh… and ofc OJ (orange juice) 🍊“

“I haven't been to the Waffle house in over 15 years. Im from Texas and we have lots of them. This was the cleanest and most customer friendly, Waffle Hoise I have ever been to. The food was prepared fresh, doing exactly as I ordered. Peanut butter and Pecan Waffle was fluffy and delicious. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. The ham was juicy and the toast and hash browns were crispy and very tasty. My big back alter ego showed up and I devoured it. Well done Night Shift the drunks you have to serve will never appreciate the level of service and quality food you folks are serving but, I wanted to go on record saying it was a 10 out of 10.
Honerable mention goes you to Ms.Victoria and Ms. Shy. Keep doing what you are doing. You ladies made a long day of travel end on a good note with the excellent service and the amazing food.“
