I arrived in the drive thru and I was deciding what I wanted. Then I made my order of a #2 just the sandwich. Came around to the window and another lady came out of the lobby area saying she was waiting for her food for 10min and the manager said don't let these people start with me today. So they exchanged words, she then gave me my sandwich and I checked it. It was not fresh and I asked for a refund. The manager came to the counter and gave me cash and stated these people...

I just go for my chocolate frosty with chicken nuggets & fries. Every blue moon. Gateway is not a nice or good place to go. Get in get what you need & leave as quick you got in there.

As of Nov. 2024, It seems this location is under New Management! Since then, they have been delivering AMAZING food and service in a speedy fashion. The drive thru is now a pleasure.
Before new management, this location was the worst in Jax. Getting thru the drive through took 20-30 min even if you were the 1st or 2nd car in line! You'd sit at the order speaker and it would be 10 min, before someone would finally take your order.
