Service was very quick. Great customer engagement. I came in no wait at the counter took my order gave me my food in like 45 seconds. I used to manage McDonald's. I was honestly impressed. But the store had a lot of staff too which is good and makes such service possible.
just went through the drive thru and had one of the most pleasant interactions i’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s. although they were super busy and there was a long line/wait, Davion (at the 2nd window) was so kind and patient and had a great attitude and demeanor. he apologized for the long wait and even offered me and extra dipping sauce for the wait lol it’s not much but it’s the service and attitude that matters. he could have been frustrated due to the...read full review
