I don’t know his name on Late night shift , he’s tall and handsome. He knows who he is at 4453 Southside Blvd . Love him he always professional, clear, friendly, speedy 10/10. It’s employee like him is the reason Wendy Rock late night ❤️ Food is hot and amazing it has never failed. Whoever was at the second window tonight (10/20/2025) was rude. No communication just kinda threw my food to me. Attitude was unpleasant. On the other hand the guy that was taking my order thru the drive thru was nice and polite (:

Never had a good experience with the employees at the drive thru at this location. It always feels like the customers are interrupting their jobs and we shouldn’t be placing orders.

I just wanna say yall customer service is doo doo. Sooooo I’m juhh getting off work finna order a 10 piece and 2 double stack burgers right right with everything on it. And the man on the speaker thingy was very sassy and got smart with me because I asked for BBQ sauce what is there to get smart about with BBQ like I didnt know yall was out ion work there so i got mad bout that. Soooo I pull up to the second window right is u following me. Soo boom as I was pulling up I started hearing sexy redd playing in y’all kitchen and ion have nothing against sexy redd but why y’all not playing Chris brown. Okay boom so the girl handed me my drink and she didn’t say nothing I was like okay okay okay andd then she handed me my strawberry swirl medium frosty and said “HUHHHHH” like what is a “HUHHHHHH” she at least could’ve said here u go but no she said “HUHHHHHHH” then the man that was sassy went up to her and said turn sexy redd up like that’s very unprofessional. I should’ve just went to McDonald’s across the street and got some nuggets with the bones in it. 😩I can’t win for loosing but yes Imma upset customer.

I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn’t give one. Then the young lady who took my order was not listening as she rung me up for a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger when I requested a chicken sandwich. Then she had an attitude because I said I asked for a chicken sandwich not a Jr bacon cheeseburger.

Poor customer service. The staff at this Wendy’s especially during the night shift—is unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. They act as if they’re doing customers a favor by taking orders, rather than providing service, even though we’re the ones spending our hard-earned money. The drive-thru team in particular needs immediate retraining on professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
On multiple occasions, I’ve experienced slow service, poor attitudes, and a lack of attention to detail with my order. This level of service is unacceptable for a well-known brand like Wendy’s. If the management doesn’t address these issues, they risk losing even more loyal customers.
I will not be returning to this location, and I will not be recommending it to anyone I know. If you’re looking for a positive dining experience, I highly suggest finding a different Wendy’s or choosing another restaurant altogether.

I dont know who is running this place but they need to do a serious check on their employees. Whoever the woman was in the drive thru wearing a blue shirt. She does not know how to provide customer service. She yelled was yelling at me and my family. They apparently had no organization in what was going on. My wife had done a mobile order and selected drive thru as pick up method. The woman in blue started yelling at us asking what our order was and my wife had said we did a mobile order and the woman kept asking what we ordered and kept yelling at the other employees. The rule in customer service is 70% listening and 30%talking. This woman was doing 90%yelling and only 10% talking. When she finally realized we had a mobile order after one of the other employees repeated what my wife had already said she started yelling we had to go inside for that and then said we needed to pull forward because it was going to take time and then said some other remarks that i couldnt understand. I chose to go park in a mobile order parking spot due to not wanting anyone to possibly hit my car if i had just pulled forward. My car was easily visible just in front of the building. 10 minutes passed and the woman in blue came walking out with most of our order and proceeded to yell at us saying that they were looking for us for 20 minutes and she only told us to pull forward. The order was missing my sons frosty but i was not going to allow my wife or myself to be verbally abused like that anymore. I have never seen anyone treat customers in such a way. Its sad because my son loves going to wendys but this was too much and we will no longer be going.

Horrible service . Restaurant so dirty I was disgusted. Homeless person asleep at a table with phone blaring videos. Not one or two but FOUR EMPLOYEES looked at me and my family and ignored us. We stood at the front of the store behind one gentlemen waiting to order. The gentlemen left after ten minutes of being ignored . We waited two additional minutes and finally left ourselves. Whomever is in charge of this location should really check their staff. TERRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT COME HERE.

I don’t know if it was just the staff today, but there were 3 people in line who left, because of how horrible the service was. 4 different employees looked at us in line, gave a dirty look, and ignored us. No one would acknowledge our presence or take our order.
And because 1 star is the lowest I can give, that’s what I’ll give.

Another no gloves, bad hygiene, dirty nails, army. Also some of the employees are rude beyond measure even if you don't speak to them or you are being nice with the exception of 1 lady who is a manager.
