Just left here. Could not get service because someone hates their job, life, & whole circumstance. I tried getting a biggie bag and the guy was so upset that he started fussing and basically denied us service when in reality, we (my sis & I) did nothing wrong! All I needed was specifics on the Powerade flavors. In turn I was viciously insulted by what I believe to be a guy. I didn’t know they had more options than the blue flavor! Corporate needs to know he is not bueno for business. He yelled about how we would go home hungry or something ignorant like that. Believe me when I say we ain’t missing no meals. This guy lucky to still be asking how someone wants their burger made.Goodnight

We arrived at the drive thru tonight Feb 16th 2025 and the moment we pulled up the intercom announced the that the restaurant was closed. However, it was only 1:30 AM and google says the restaurant closes at 2 AM. My sister and I began to ask how were they closed if they had just served the person in front of us and we'd been waiting in the drive thru for a while. The person at the window (a very feminine male) must have heard us. Speaking about how the place should still be open and how the person in front of us was able to place they're ordered so that must have upset them. He told us to give him an second so we obliged. The person proceeded to ask for our order. We ordered the $5 biggie bag and the person at the drive-thru asked us what sauce and what drink we would like on the side. My sister went and told the person that she would like a sweet-and-sour sauce and a Powerade. The person then asked us what flavor Powerade. However, we did not know that there were more flavors than the original blueberry flavor. So when we asked for the blue, the person said we don't have the blue and started mentioning a million different flavors than. My sister jokingly said that there were too many options so she'd prefer if he just gave her any one. I guess the person did not like that answer and he proceeded to say "bye bye bye! Ya'll can go. Ya'll just going to have to go home hungry!" Obviously, stunned by his response, we asked if he was serious. When he continued to rant and say "YES! BYE!" We drove off and went to McDonalds, where they love to see you smile. We were greeted by Michael who treated us with kindness and respect. I end this by saying, 'Fire this man or you will continue to lose business.'

drove 20minutes away to come here at 1am cause it was one of the only places that said open near me on both maps, google, and the wendy’s app as well (specifically this location) and when i got there they said they were closed. there was someone inside but they wouldn’t come to the speaker or anything. huge waste of time and gas, please fix this

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I came through the drive through and attempted to do 2 separate orders. I was told “you can’t do two orders because we’re short staffed “ and then the employee proceeded to say “if you don’t like it go somewhere else” …. Like excuse me ? Customers are inconvenienced and spoken to rudely?. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT !

Third time in a row they messed up the order , either they give the wrong nuggets (regular instead of spicy) , wrong sauce , or sandwich it's always something with them .
Corporate or owner needs to gut this place out and get some new management and employees. Had the audacity to wait until my card was swiped to tell me they were out of what we ordered. Obviously somebody isn't doing their job because it would've been noticed the last time a batch was cooked but instead they are worried about they can smoke their next blunt. Same people will cry that they deserve $15/hr.
The guy at the first window never opened the window, so I went to the second window to pay and get my food. Waited a long time, while I'm listening to one of the employees yell obscenities and how she hates working there. Then finally, she comes over and tells me they don't have what I ordered. I say "OK, nevermind" and begin to drive off. As I'm leaving she says "She didn't even pay!" Uh... yeah, because I didn't get anything? A complete waste of time.
I went in line and first of all took like 10 minutes to take my order or acknowledge me but they were busy so i understood, i waited for them to talk to me first. then homegirl finally came on speaker and from the jump had an attitude, i was like okayy they’re busy i understand AGAIN, i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, just the regular one and she wanted to act like she didn’t understand what i was ordering so then i was starting to catch an attitude because you had one with me since the beginning, don’t get mad when someone returns your energy, then i ordered spicy nuggets i told her “just the regular buffalo” because there was a spicy buffalo and a REGULAR BUFFALO, so i just don’t know how this woman got SO confused at that? so then im explaining it to her with an attitude, the same one she gave me back cause idk why she wants to act dumb then she FINALLY got it!!! woohoo!!! i pull up, pay, pull up to the second window and i say thank you to the girl who hands my drink, because hello manners.. and then she wanna say something to her coworkers talking about “oh now she wanna be nice” well duh, you weren’t the one that had an attitude with me in the first place why would i have an attitude with someone who didn’t have one with me? and they were so slow.. don’t go to this wendy’s unless you’re really hungry bro.. but i understand because if i was 30 years old and working at wendy’s i too would be miserable and have an attitude.
