After a somewhat good review a couple weeks ago tonight was disappointing. I checked the temperature of the fries before I pulled away from the drive-thru, they were lukewarm, I asked if I could get some fresh hot fries, she told me those had just been pulled. I did not want to argue with her so I left but I knew she was lying. I worked in fast food for approximately 8 years and know that hot fries if they're just pulled within 5 minutes is it going to be so hot that you...

We are at the Mayo clinic and not to many places are open after 11pm. Both burgers were made right and service was kind and professional. Only reason it's not a 5☆ is because fries were cold

Marilyn at the front counter was very nice and polite! We came to finally try the new tenders and they were BOMB, but for real Marilyn’s customer service made the experience a lot better. I asked for a rag because one of the booths were sticky and she came and cleaned it and dried it off for me! Very happy customer
