Love their chicken wrap, bacon fries not so much I was hoping they cut the bacon into smaller chips and not putting the whole thing with the fries lol. Other than that the food was yummy
I usually order the #1 for breakfast Maple Butter chicken with bacon Croissant, and ask for an extra little cup or maple butter to dip my fries and sandwich in. Usually the extra cup is no charge. Today it was 75 cents and rang up as extra cheese. Tastes just as good. 😋
Customer service is very bad in the sense that it was not like a warm welcoming feeling when you went through the drive-thru. It was go ahead continue your order but there was no communication of any sorts. When I got to the window I was unable to use my points and coupon. At the same time I was told that I couldn't do that when at another Wendy's in St. Augustine, I was able to utilize the points and the coupon....
