A restaurant is only as good as its restrooms a clean restroom is often a sign of a clean kitchen in this case not at all. When you go to the restroom to wash your hands and leave with hands worse than they came in...its not a good sign. If people want a paycheck they got to learn to clean it's not all about slinging burgers..

This location is pure chaos. Teetee was amazing trying to do the best with a bad situation. Don’t tell me to pull past the window, I said this last time I came here. I’ll drive extra time in my car to avoid this catastrophe. She gave me a refund because when I got told to move forward TWICE, they gave me my food to the wrong person. Still in this chaotic lobby, with a Maria calling out for the name “Whataburger” when obviously no one’s name is the name of the restaurant. Serve one person at a time, and write people up and get rid of them if they call out. A wasp flew in my car because I was told to pull up next to an active wasp nest. So upset and late for work and my kid is going hungry cause a 5 minute trip is over 35 minutes now.

They gave me a straight vanilla shake and said it was chocolate. They said their machine is messed up and dispenses that way. They said sometimes it doesn’t even give chocolate. Never in my life have I had someone try to convince me vanilla is chocolate. This is wild. Also their Coca-Cola tastes like straight chemicals. Their machines need to be replaced.

The manager name Judith M need to get fired she don't have no customer service . I don't why they give the manager position . She so disrespectful and rude I did ordered my food is cold I ask to be remade I did bring the food back to her . She still arguing don't want to remake or give me my refund . She is a white lady she is racist don't go to this place eventually when she works . She has no respect for customer . She need to retrain from her manager position . The service will slow a lot of car waiting she's cursing.

We eat Whataburger from this location at least once per week, it's our favorite. Whataburger has the best fries on the planet! They are hot, fresh and just the right kind of salty. The employees and owner are friendly and recognize us by name all the time. They care about their jobs and their customers (Aiesha and Mario, I'm talking about y'all). I hope they bring back the mushroom Swiss burger again soon and the banana milkshake. Oh, and save your receipt! Fill out the survey and get a free hamburger! 🍔

I had the best experience yesterday. I came in with my daughter and I ordered and the person who took my order was the sweetest! They took the time to help me decide how I wanted to order because I wasn't sure. She was so patient and friendly. She brought my food out, and distributed the ketchup and napkins to me and my daughter. I wish I got her name to give her the most recognition for being the best!!!👌 Thank yoooou!!!!! 😊
