The food was outstanding & the level of cleanliness but the highlight of all was the customer service the atmosphere was very positive the team collaborating amazingly & the employee (Cory) the young man has an amazing customer service and hospitality skills he goes above and beyond attentive with detail oriented skills very motivated in what he does, my Family & I are super appreciated for his service given & also the Supervisor. FYI we came from Longwood, FL visiting family in Jacksonville, FL.👌🏽👍🏽👏🏽🙏🏽💯

Oh boy. First off. Will never come here again. Second, I shouldn't have to ask for ice 3 times before I'm told the ice machine is broken. I know it's broken I'm trying to get out ice in it and can't. The cashier struggled terriblely to count out 2 dollars and some change. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. And attitudes are worse. Oh and they failed a mystery shop while we were eating. So do what you want but I don't recommend this location. Oh and PS don't ask for condiments or you'll be looked at like your crazy because no one wants salt or ketchup for fries.

At 11:20 pm After ordering a single combo I was accosted and harassed by three customers behind me in the drive through because they couldn't get my order prepared. I eventually had to go inside to get my order. All they could offer was a refund. Poor, poor, service.

**Updated** Tried online mobile ordering again tonight and it was great! No issues and it didn't take long to wait. Great food! **
Ordered online mobile pickup and my husband went to pick it up. We haven't had bad service here before so I was shocked to hear what my husband called to tell me. They tried to tell him his order was ready but he checked and knew it wasn't complete. So he asked where the rest of the order was. It was missing our kids drinks and the rest of the food we ordered. They took it back to check it and then gave him the bags. They got my drink order wrong with the soft drinks I asked for a Dr pepper and was given watered down diet coke that didn't have ice. It was nasty. My husband's coke was also flat and not carbonated. His onion rings were greasy and not fresh the same with our fries. The receipt looked like it sat under a heat lamp but I don't know why they only gave us part of the food at first because I could still read it. Not happy with how they handled it. No apologies given to him.
