I had the best experience yesterday. I came in with my daughter and I ordered and the person who took my order was the sweetest! They took the time to help me decide how I wanted to order because I wasn't sure. She was so patient and friendly. She brought my food out, and distributed the ketchup and napkins to me and my daughter. I wish I got her name to give her the most recognition for being the best!!!👌 Thank yoooou!!!!! 😊

We Stopped here on a road trip to WV . This was one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had—honestly, it blew my mind considering the state of the restaurant!
It felt like the staff had mopped the floors and wiped every surface with grease. Everything was unbelievably slippery, yet the place looked and smelled clean. I have no idea how either of those were possible at the same time. I do know, As long as you didn’t touch anything or walk around too much, you wouldn’t notice the grease. That being said, I was here for the food. Had I gone thru the drive thru I wouldn't have known. Therefore **Food: A+** **Upkeep: D+**

Yet another oakleaf special.95% this place makes your food wrong on purpose. The receipt is right but yet everything i wanted on the burger didn’t make it on it, BUT everything i didn’t want did. On top of it being wrong, the burger was cold. Not the first time this has happened either. Get your stuff together whataburger.
