Went late, guy working the drive thru, was amazing, super nice, haven't had that kind of experience in a long time, I mean just every detail from taking my order to making sure my onion rings were fresh and hot. Wish I had gotten his name so I could call his manager and express just how good of a job he did.

Came in through the drive-thru past midnight. I do not go to fast food often but stopped ultimately going because the service is always terrible. Decided to try going to whataburger as it is somewhat new to me.Normally I do not write reviews but today I had a very memorable service. Markiesha (sorry if I misspelled) was not only very kind but highly enthusiastic. When coming up to the window I noticed she did not add an extra sandwich to the order which was not a big deal, but she was very quick to own up to her mistake. Gave me a lot of chik fil a vibes but I like the food here better! Thank you for the good experience, I thought I gave up on fast food.Also food was just made almost burned my mouth eating the french fries on the way out, just the way I like it ?

Other than the fact they play music way too loud this is great. I have been in night clubs that were quieter. It the person has headphones in ask them to remove them or you WILL NOT get what you ordered.

We love the food. The service is not fast at all. There were several families waiting all at once for food. So don't be in a hurry. Oh and don't bring a trailer.Parking: It's a smaller lot. Can get tight with a larger 4door truck. Pay attention to traffic.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here just not a "play area"Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs will fit in here just fine.

This place has really gone down the drain with service. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get your order. I dont understand what happened here it just to be a great place to dine.

When I walked in the only cashier there was leaving for the night I guess. She did not acknowledge me or the other guy. We waited at least 10 minutes before I finally asked a young lady if there was someone coming to assist us. Then she made the comment somebody needs to come take "these folks" orders. Who is these folks? That is not the way you refer to customers! I didn't get her name but I remember what she looks like. Then we waited about another 10 minutes before the manager came to assist. He was nice. I didn't get his name. They got my order wrong after waiting a little over 20 minutes. There was no complimentary anything for the wait nor a discount. I usually have good experiences here but not tonight.

Absolutely disgusted after watching manager allowing drive through window employee to handle dirty money and help on food line while wearing same gloves. I spoke up and said it was very unsanitary and they needed to either change gloves while handling food or stay at the window. Then they look at me like I'm the horrible person for correcting them. Very very disgusting! Always takes a minimum of 30mins. to order anything no matter what it is, very slow. Obviously this is the norm for this place!And they messed up my order! People should always go in and see what's going on inside these places. 0730hrs. on 2/242024
