I usually go here to pick up orders for work spontaneously and today was probably the best experience! SJ (name on receipt) and Zoey were great! I ordered 7 frozen custards and they were done in under 10 minutes! Both helped get the orders to-go so quickly and Zoey helped bring the order to my car! Both very sweet and kind! The frozen custards were perfect and yummy. Didn’t have a single complaint! Recommend wholeheartedly!

Whit’s never disappoints. Tonight, Josh was amazing and was very attentive and followed up with us to make sure everything was good. The girls shift tonight were also very amazing!

Too expensive and the smalls are actually mediums, not going back sorry
No going to say it's terrible, it's just that it's not any better than Dairy Queen. I got the shark bite and couldn't taste the raspberry at all... actually it just tasted like chocolate syrup... it overpowering everything.
Considering it's twice the price of DQ, I expected it to be better I don't see why this place is any higher than a 3.5 average.

Very disappointed with our visit on Valentine’s Day. My daughter ordered a mini strawberry cheesecake but was given a scoop of ice cream with toppings instead. She also wanted the mini flavor of the month but was told only smalls were available—yet she ended up with a large. On top of that, my mini scoop wasn’t even mixed or filled properly. Spent $15 on the wrong order, and all they said was ‘sorry.’ Feels like we were ripped off. Won’t be coming back.

Came in today to buy a premade cake for a short notice birthday party for someone with a gluten allergy. Lilly was awesome in helping me figure out what I could or couldn’t get and ultimately got an unfinished cake out of the back and finished it for me while I waited so I could substitute a gluten containing topping for a gluten free one. We’ve come to this location for years and love it, but the extra effort today was amazing
