Ok 1st time this ever happened so probably a fluke but they had no burgers, salad mix, sauces or chicken sandwiches. Go figure! 1st time I left a Wild wings and didn't eat!! They literally didn't have very much of anything not even employees!!! Kinda disappointed!

Me and hubby fav spot! Our waiter last night was Ivan If I’m not mistaken, was amazing!!!!!!!! Give that man a raise! He waited tables took orders and cooked and let me say that was the first time I have been in a while where I haven’t had any issues with my food everything was perfect! For him to have done all of it by himself yeah he did that! Recommend him anytime me and my husband come!

Been a few times. Super chill and friendly environment. Their fried Cheese curds are probably the best my wife and I have found in the area so far. The Friday wing deal is great but the flavors are hit and miss which is why I only left a 4 instead of a 5.

As if this place wasn't bad enough, I decided to give it one more try bc it used to be so good. I don't know what this garbage they cooked is, but it's not wings! These things are barely bigger than a quarter! Never eating at this place again. Disgusting!

Went in 3/18/2022 at 6:15 the host sat us at the 1st booth by the door there were 5 tables sat 2 with drinks no food 1 with food and drinks and 2 no drinks or food a server with short brown hair was getting their drink order at the booth in front of ours she looked right at me as I was facing that way in our booth she didn't say hi screw you or nothing just straight faced walked right past our table walked around the other side and went to kitchen she came out after 2 minutes empty handed went to table across the floor greeted them got drink order came back our way looked right at me and went to the kitchen at that point the hostess came over and asked if we would like to place a drink order I said now we were going elsewhere the last time we were there this was the same server using foul language about people who walked out on their tab she has now customer service skills at all I use to love this place but their service is horrible we will not be back. The manager was clearly more interested in the woman that came in with a sign then he was being interested in helping his employee that clearly couldn't handle her floor.

We ordered wings and one flavor was not one we ordered. We told the waitress about it and she said she had told us that the flavor we requested was not available. There were 5 people at our table and none if us heard her say that. We also ordered an appetizer and did not get any plates for us for neither the appetizer nor the wings. One person in our party, did not get his food until we had to ask for it and when it came, it was cold and not exactly what was requested. The waitress was kind enough to take that item off of our bill so that helped the situation some. I heard that this place is a great place to eat and the wings certainly show that, but the service was very mediocre, maybe that day they were short staffed but we saw other tables getting their food without any issues and on a timely manner.

The service was the very good. The chicken wings were nothing to rave about. This is not the wild wings of 20 years ago. Flavors were bland. Chicken wings were hard and dry. My grand children had pizza. It was very good! Honestly speaking... Maybe they should get into the pizza business. This was the exact same experience I've had with wild wings at other locations. There's definitely a decline in quality. I'm sorry but somebody needed to say this. 3*stars for the great service.

Waitress failed to follow up or keep my party informed of order arrival nor asked about refills.UPDATE: Just noticed this wasn't my first bad experience here. I waited a hour for my order to arrive to my table then when I asked why it took so long, my waitress Joi informed me that they actually had a big order ahead of mine & they're not entitled to let me know that, but it's just a courtesy that they do so. Then she pretty much tuned out my disappointment and asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I then had to wait 20 additional minutes before she informed me that the manager conveniently was on a conference call and asked if I wanted to continue to wait. I sarcastically replied no & it was okay because I was already late getting back to my job and I left. That was the most worst experience I have ever had in customer service and I will never go to that location ever again!

Kevin, the manager, and Alan , our waiter, were absolutely amazing! Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he had good advice about flavor’s and came by to check on us every few minutes. But not so many times to be annoying and he was so upbeat and funny. The next time we come here I’ll specifically look for him to wait on us.Kevin, the manager, was so personable and pleasant. He came by a few times to see how we were and how the food was. I’ll be back here every couple of weeks to see my son and hang out with him. Definitely going to recommend this place to everyone I know.

First time here and it was on a Friday night so I honestly expected the worst since I know weekends can be crazy.Got a table quickly and served just as quickly. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly.The manager, Kenny, was all over the place, talking to everyone, joking, laughing and making sure everyone was happy and taken care of. We were there for a party for a friend and he made sure to go out of his way to make her night special.The food was great as well. It may have been my first time but it definitely won’t be the last.

Haven't been in about 8 years, but decided to go for my birthday. Expected a long wait time for a party of 9 on a Friday, but we were seated quickly. Great service from our waitress, food came out quickly and was delicious. Very friendly service, fun and hospitable experience with Kenny the manager. He made sure we were well set and happy. I have always been a fan of their wings, and wont wait so long before our next visit!

I don’t normally complain about bad restaurants but my husband and I came here for lunch and it was awful. We both ordered an appetizer then ordered our meal. His cheese sticks came out first, she said a few more minutes on my hot spinach dip, she then brought out my appetizer out with my husband’s meal and said my wings will be right out, the hot spinach dip tasted burnt I had to spit it out, when she finally came out with my wings I told her the spinach dip didn’t taste good at all and told her she could take it. My husband took one bite of his burger and said it wasn’t good either, when I took a bite of my wings it was undercooked. Server came back we told her the burger wasn’t good, asked for the check & a box for the wings and told her the wings were under cooked but we would just take them home to cook them. She took the spinach dip off the bill but not the burger. I know it’s not the servers fault for the quality of the food. But she could have taken off the burger that didn’t come out good. They need a better cook. Needless to say we left annoyed & starving.

I came in with my father. Split an appetizer and had some wings. Asked for blue cheese instead of ranch with my wings as I have a food sensitivity/ allergy to ranch. They gave me ranch instead. Didn’t know until I dipped my wing in it. I told the guy and he was like pfff ranch goes with wings not blue cheese. I specifically asked for blue cheese AND NOT RANCH. Also I didn’t get carrots which I was asked if I wanted carrots or celery.
