Since New management took over this place is awesome now. The workers are more friendly. The place was cleaned and smelled clean. The food was fast and the service was awesome. I don't know about anyone else but I will be coming to the Southside location instead of the Arlington location. Again thank you to the staff and honestly keep up the good work.

When this location first opened, it was such an improvement over how bad the location at Tinseltown had gotten that I was excited and optimistic. I've now ordered five or six times in a row (way more than that, but for a little while some of our orders were correct and tasty) and not only has the order been wrong, but the staff in the restaurant behaves so inappropriately that it makes me not even want to go into the store. They fight amongst themselves out loud, yelling, cussing, flinging things, totally unprofessional. They refuse to answer or acknowledge customers in the lobby. I've even seen them let the phone ring off the hook just to eventually pick up the phone and slam it on the counter. It doesn't matter what you order, they're going to give you what they feel like giving you that day. If you're lucky, you won't wait 30 or 40 minutes after the expected time, but you should prepare to wait 30 minutes or more after the time that the order said it would be ready. You should definitely not expect manners, courtesy or professionalism. Then your food is going to either be gooey and undercooked or barely seasoned. If you expect fully cooked AND seasoned, you'll be consistently disappointed.
If you expect to get what you pay for, you'd be asking for too much as well. I recommend not asking the staff to correct anything, you're likely to receive the brunt of their frustration and aggression. *think 'bail money'* The ranch is only slightly thicker than water and it used to be the best Ranch you could get in a restaurant . If These Wings were cheap, or even reasonably priced, I'd probably tolerate the inconsistencies and the crap service. You're better off ordering wings from the Chinese restaurant or making them yourself. I have to throw mine in the air to have a fully cooked and non-gooey wing.
Just go elsewhere--- and not the Tinsletown location either. Must be same management.

Food was good service was horrible Manager was very rude on explaining why I was there for 40 minutes as customers came after me and ordered wings and got there's long before I got mine she told me she had to cook my chicken fingers I thought to myself didn't you haft to cook the last 2 customer's chicken as well why am I still standing and waiting 40 minutes exactly before I finally get food told asked for corporate # manager told me she didn't have it..... REALLY!!!!!! change manager then u might get my business until then it's off to Island wings

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Absolutely unprofessional employees food took over a hour and was given to the wrong person. Would not recommend this location at all!!!!!
Worst experience ever !!! The lady at the front is giving wrong orders out! Saw multiple people come back within the time I was there with wrong orders or missing items.

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 20 min and 45 min later it still isn't ready. First they couldn't find the order, then they said it was ready and just needed to be bagged. I went to the convenience store and back and it is still not ready. If you order from here, don't expect your order to be on time and don't expect a friendly or professional experience when you ask about it... You can expect confused looks, mumbling and an over all "I don't care" attitude
