3x I've been here, 3x they've forgotten items in my order.
Once is a mistake, twice, I'm wary. Third time I asked them to double check that everything before they sealed the bag and they said it was correct. They were wrong. I won't be back.

I ordered uber and it came super fast but wow was everything wrong drinks 20 oz instead of 32 oz fries look almost raw and chicken super cold when I stay 5 mins away I've never had a uber food come so wrong and cold never making the mistake of eating here thru the app

I ordered delivery and my whole order was wrong and they even gave me 3 blue cheese when I asked for 3 ranch. I got a refund on door dash and reordered the same order and it didn’t come with any ranch and everything was cold. This is the worst wing stop. Do better. I want a refund.

COUNT YOUR WINGS! I ordered a 10 piece mild and 10 piece lemon pepper and both had 9 wings in them. Charged me $5 for ranch that I thought come with it if your ordering wings! They’re scamming hard so be careful

I have been getting my Wingstop in which I’d love from Nashville. I moved to Jacksonville and they were so much smaller. That was a little disappointing but they were still good. I’m thankful I got 15 instead of 10 as I usually got I will try it again and hopefully they’ll be bigger. Still delicious.

7:47pm October , 25th Saturday shift lead on duty wouldn't provide her name but it's okay corporate will find that information right out once they check cameras and check dates/times. Angel was a big help he's helped me the first 2 days I called because I made an order at the wrong location and ended up having to place another order at the correct location which was perfectly fine. The same night I called the store I accidentally placed the order at and spoke with Angel . Angel, unfortunately could not cancel the order on his end and neither can I. So he tried to get a hold of his GM which didn't respond. So he took my name and number down and we decided to call the next day . When I spoke to the gm her computer was down but she had said to call back later and that she had put the refund order in last night which I didn't get no confirmation for nor a call back . It's been 4 days me calling back and forth trying to get my refund for food I never received for some reason the GM keeps leaving Everytime I happen to call I'm being told call back in an hour or call back in 30 minutes . I failed to call back the day her computer was down but I called the day before and the next morning . But yet again cannot get a hold of her . I never got a refund nor got a confirmation number and I've been calling back everyday since I placed the order Tuesday 11:22pm at 4375 Southside Blvd , Jacksonville fl 33216 . I paid $29-$30 that day so $14.72 is the amount I'm suppose to be refunded and no I don't want credit we aren't big backs who eat out everyday we eat home cook meals . So id appreciate if y'all did your job and stop messing around . Because my next step is to contact corporate and let them solve this because it's really not that hard , it's simple. I work in a restaurant as well so calling back today Saturday October 25th and being told it's peak hours isn't acceptable. I'm tired of the lame excuses get someone who can help me or I'll find somebody who can !

This was the worst Wingstop I have EVER had , matter fact this top 3 worst chicken I have EVER had . That night crew was horrible, you had workers arguing on the phone outside the restaurant, the chicken was definitely old and crunchy and the ranch was even nasty I can't believe I even had to post this but y'all gotta do better

This is the worst service in Jax hands down. Tried to give them another chance after the last issue where we were shorted half of food with no help.
Husband made an order tonight around 8:30 online. Got confirmation order was ready about 9:15. Currently pushing 11pm and still waiting On my whole order.
Got my bags at 10, checked it and was missing 40 wings from a 60 piece order. Now because I guess it's my fault I put the wrong amount in my own bag I'm back to the back of line waiting on the rest of my food. We talking 2 plus hours for some chicken wings.
We will never return again. Would rather go pay 2x the price to get my food without waiting 2 hours. Just sad.
