This is the worst service in Jax hands down. Tried to give them another chance after the last issue where we were shorted half of food with no help.
Husband made an order tonight around 8:30 online. Got confirmation order was ready about 9:15. Currently pushing 11pm and still waiting On my whole order.
Got my bags at 10, checked it and was missing 40 wings from a 60 piece order. Now because I guess it's my fault I put the wrong amount in my own bag I'm back to the back of line waiting on the rest of my food. We talking 2 plus hours for some chicken wings.
We will never return again. Would rather go pay 2x the price to get my food without waiting 2 hours. Just sad.

This my 2nd time trying their wings. So greasy, the grease bled through the bag on my mats and rug. Way, way too much garlic and wings too hard. The lemon pepper was way too much. So it will not be a 3rd try for me. I know people that love them, so I'll just say its not for me.

It was late at night so pretty much only two other customers besides me were at the restaurant but our order took 45 minutes. I was waiting while an uber eats driver came to get food but instead the cook starts flirting and going outside to talk more. They are outside chopping it up, hugging and laughing while one employee is left in the kitchen trying to prepare orders. Finally After maybe 10 mins, the young man comes back inside, goes to the kitchen and begins preparing food without even washing his hands. I didn’t even want it anymore at that point. I was tired of waiting and don’t want dirty food. Come here if you like eating chicken prepared by people who don’t wash their hands and mingle with singles while you are waiting patiently for your food!

Second time in 2 days trying to give this location a chance. Saturday the food was too damn salty and hard.
Today the order is wrong. Can’t get anyone on the phone. This is a horrible location. I know Miller Ale house is much better

I just visited this location to order food which included paying ($1.59 for extra ranch). As I sat waiting another younger female whom judging by the banter visits this location frequently recieved her food and asked for extra ranch. The young man in the kitchen who I’m assuming isn’t new since the cashier was asking him questions about how to ring in another customers request proceeded to yell to her it’s $1.59 for ranch. She then said they always give it to her and she wasn’t paying… he continued to say $1.59 jokingly until finally saying, “I’m playing… here” giving her extra ranch. She was on the phone at that point and proceeded to say, “I always get what I want”… I find it completely unacceptable that the rest of us paid for our order while this young lady whom isn’t new and clearly does this regularly to the point she feels entitled is given product for free. I visit this location frequently and will not be back if this type of discriminatory practices continue. Please address this or let me know when to come get my refund since ranch apparently is free…

They really needed to clean this place up. They didn't even have a garbage can outside for free to throw your garbage away. Several tables had not been cleaned in a while. The experience was really not that impressive. I would not go back again.

Front counter guy was super nice even though the pos system was down he was very nice and wasn’t rude or could tell he was frustrated usually people are cranky when that happens very nice young man taking him time with me good food as well!
