Ordered wings from here against my better judgment. They had a frozen aftertaste and didn’t taste like they were cooked all the way through even though I asked for well done. The wings come in a pool of sauce yet the wings themselves barely have flavor. My expectations were already low but this was gross.

Just out here trying to make extra money from Doordash & the problem is the employees are in no kind of hurry whatsoever. Had to come all the way across town for 2 customers orders & they weren't even started til wayyyy after I got here. Employees just standing around with their hands in their pockets while I'm sitting here losing time, money, and wasted minutes of my life I'll never her back. This is crazy. 20 minutes for 2 orders that have BEEN called in for forever now. If you want quality Wingstop, go to the one on Beach Blvd. They're amazing.

This will be the last time we order from this wing stop. This location is always understaffed. We order here about 1-2 times a month and we always order online from home so when we arrive it’s either ready or almost ready, we will end up waiting over 20 minutes every time. We always order the same thing. A buffalo chicken sandwhich, wings with ranch and a side of blue cheese. The last two times both the ranch and chicken sandwhich are so so salty! This is the second time we’ve asked for blue cheese and they’re out. At least the wings are good every time. The staff was turning away walk in orders as I waited for our food even though it was 10:00 and they don’t close until 12:00. Can’t blame the staff if there’s only 2 people working and they have a full screen of orders. The saltiness may be the staffs fault but the lack of staff is on Wing Stop. Billion dollar chain and can’t pay staff a liveable wage. You’re losing staff, customers and ultimately your business will suffer.

The guy with dreads didnt write my order down at all, instead tried to remember for some reason. He got all my food wrong i asked for boneless mild and got naked bone-in wings. Food was cold after waiting a whole 45 mins for the food. I didnt bother taking it back inside because im not going to wait for them to re do it all over. The entire work staff was unprofessional and lazy. For some reason having fun and playing in the back. All around terrible and trying to make sure nobody else goes there and makes this mistake.

Absolutely ridiculous I paid $16.31 for 10 wings and 2 dipping sauces. I was never informed that the dipping sauces were additional money. You would think spending this much $ you would get dipping Sauces for free. They should inform the customer that ranch and blue cheese cost money. I didnt get extra it was for a small cup of Ranch. Food was ok. Thank god I love Rick Ross and he got me thru some tough times growing up or this place would get zero stars! Push it to the limit! Ross please hit me up bro please , I got some changes and ideas we can do for Wing for the less fortunate people.

This is the most trash Wingstop in all of Jacksonville. I would not recommend eating here ever. The food is nasty. The customer service sucks and even the management is extremely disrespectful. I expect better from Wingstop and the owner of this location to hire better management. Right now McDonald’s is doing better than you. There is no reason “I have to wait 10 minutes before I can place an order due to a shift change” lol. What a joke.
Ruined my super bowl party. Ordered $100+ of wings at 5pm for delivery. 2 hours later at 7pm they cancelled the order.

Literally waited an hour for my food in the store, and was going to leave and keep my mouth shut. However, as I was walking out the door the employee who gave me my food mumbled “don’t snatch anything out of my hand” so I turned around and argued with her that while yes I had been waiting an hour for my food I didn’t snatch anything from her, and she continued to tell me “not my problem” and “you did snatch it” as she retreated into the kitchen. Literally started an argument with me in front of other people waiting, for no reason. I understand having a bad day, I understand orders being backed up, but don’t start an argument if you aren’t gonna back it up or be ready to be called out for it. Will literally never order from here again.
