Don’t ever ever ever order directly through their website . Go straight through door dash or Uber eats. They use both and don’t document who they give your order to.between Wingstop and DoorDash. MY order was lost twice within 24 hours and I was livid at both of them. The third time I’ve ordered through door dash and I’m getting updates on my order and who has it . This time I am hopeful it won’t be left behind a freaking bush somewhere in my complex !

I just want to say my family has been coming to this establishment for A while now and my kids love the environment. I must say it has improved over the last two months. It’s more cleaner people friendly, and the customer service has did a major upgrade, so I’ll just say Jimmy it’s hands down you can really tell the change, the food is fresh. The wait time is shorter and you’re now getting greeted when entering The establishment.. the team members have a smile on their face’s and quick to assist me with my food choices so you can be sure that me and my family and friends will surely be sending more people your way,, thank’s for the upgrade in management we can see the progress . It’s gotten better in the last month or so the food is better. The fries are great not hard. The wings are fresh season just right, I would just like to say thanks on my families behalf we will be sending business your way .
Kid-friendliness: My kids were able to watch a little of their cartoon channel while dining in.
This wingstop is the bestttt worth driving here instead of the Durbin Pavilion because shorter wait times, better food, and its overall cleaner and more options for drinks! The bone in here is delicious and also the boneless is great too. The workers are fun and kind. My tenders were crisp and delicious.
What a disaster this store is. I ordered online, was given a pickup time for 16-21 minutes. Wait time was closer to one hour. The young man who seemed to be some kind of supervisor spent more time complaining to/about the employees than working, and I overheard him several times refusing to take orders at the counter and told customers to order online. Get the food home, none of my boneless wings have sauce and are way too salty. The tenders were the only decent part of the meal and the only part we ended up eating. Total waste of my time and my money. Won’t return.

Save your time and energy and don't order food from here. Ordered online and my "order got stollen". The original wait time as I was ordering was 16-21 minutes and as soon as I placed checkout it went to 42-47 minutes. Ok fine I was sick and didn't want to cook dinner anyways I'd wait the time frame. Well an hour came around and then I get a notification that my order was canceled. I called to find out what is going on and they don't even know what happened my order just disappeared. They werent even going to call and tell me just cancel the order and be done with me. When you come to pickup orders the order shelf is behind the register they ask every person what you're there for when you walk in the door. Such a cop out. I should have gotten my refund and not come and picked up my reorder because all they wanted to do was "put an extra fry and 2 ranches in my bag" well thats cool and all but I didn't even get the 3 ranches that came with my order. So I had to stretch those 2 ranches for 25 pieces of chicken and 5 people. The workers here are all lazy I always see 1 person working and the rest are just sitting in the back or standing around. And of course there is no corporate number to contact!

Walk in order takes about 30 minute wait for 5 piece tender and fry?!?! Terrible service in my opinion to wait that long. Here's a tip, maybe you don't give all the door dash orders nonstop priority when you have customers standing right in front of you. Plenty of other places that are just as good if not better so I'll be going elsewhere.
