First off, the food was very good. No complaints there. We ordered ahead of time on the app and then haf about a 3-5 minute drive there. The parking lot was empty when we arrived. So much so that I wondered if they were even open. We went through the drive thru and were told to park on the side. It took at least 10 minutes for the food to come out. Considering we had a 6 hour trip ahead of us, that's a killer. The staff was nice enough, but waiting taking 15-20 minutes for...

Food arrived very quickly, server was very polite, the chicken fingers were among some of the best I've had at Zaxbys (perfectly crispy, not greasy), and the single occupancy restroom was still quite clean at 1:30PM. A great dining experience while traveling in 95.

I’ve been to every Zaxbys in the area and surrounding ( multiple times because I travel for work) and this is by far the best! Skye, Amber, Tacarra and Dominique all deserve raises!! Great customer service, food fresh and good, running a company I know the right employees help your business go a long way, take care of those women, they are an asset.
