Every time I walk in the door I am always greeted with a smile. The positive attitude in this restaurant is unbelievable. When it first opened my wife and I both thought that it was gonna be like every other restaurant on the west side.And northwest side. But it's not. Great people great food great attitudes

Usually would not leave a review for a fast food joint, but the owner is almost always on the floor making sure customers are taken care of; have not had a poor experience once at this location.

I’m not usually one to do this, but this experience was so bad, I had to, man, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the speed of my order. I’m a regular, I’ve never had this bad of experience from this store, must’ve been an off night or something (Friday 6/22). I’ve worked at a Zaxbys previously, I know the labor, the processes, and paying this much top dollar for food, it has to be on point…

But, bro, I had to tell dude at the menu board 3 times the same thing for every part of my order. I’ve never heard of the sauce coming on the side of the sandwich, but that’s what he told me. When I asked for a sauce on the side after I got my food, the other kid had the nuts to tell me it was 25 cents. Like bruh, what? I know a choice of sauce comes on the sandwich. Extra is 25 cents, but still. I paid because I didn’t care at that point. Order taker was not the vibe and killed mine. I typically order the same few things, but when I ask for my drink, I always ask for light ice. I did NOT get light ice and it’s CLEARLY on the receipt.

Not only that, I specifically said “MAKE SURE THERE IS SEASONING ON MY FRIES BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY ARE NOT SEASONED”. He proceeded to tell and ask me that the fries are always seasoned (I wouldn’t say that if it hadn’t happened before, do people just forget that regulars to restaurants exist?) and if I wanted extra or light. I said “I want a regular seasoned order of fries, bro.” He proceeded to make a note for “light seasoning” and that was how they regularly season the fries. Not to mention, they tasted like they had been sitting under the lamp and were dead. Didn’t even bother for a flash fry or anything. Not only that, sometimes they don’t actually put a large portion if you order it. This has happened a few times before, but i got a regular portion this time. My chicken was a little tough so it wasn’t fresh obviously and the bun was not soft anymore, nor was it even hot from being toasted. And why give me 2 tomatoes? It’s only supposed to be one, I didn’t ask for extra tomatoes, bro

I was tryin my best to be as patient as possible, but I know for a fact more than one person is wearing a headset. Therefore, if somebody is struggling with order taking, please have them do something else. If somebody on assembly can’t apparently read a make chart, (which you have freely available so you don’t mess up orders) don’t have them on the line.

I’m just sayin, and it’s a bunch of kids in there, too, that’s killin me because I got a nephew that age and already I know what time it is with jits that age. I’m 33 bro, like what yall on fr? I’m not no Karen and I have enough restaurant experience to strongly dislike Google reviews. But please. Come correct next time. Please don’t make me have to open my food in front of yall because you can’t be trusted to do your job, I really shouldn’t have to do that. This isn’t a pizza restaurant. This is the closest Zaxby’s to my house and the newest in the area, and the only one really open that late. There’s no excuse for that.

Went today around 10:40am. Fries are soggy and taste old. Tenders taste like the grease is old. The service was quick and efficient the food just is not good.

Both of my orders were wrong! The first order was completely another customer order and the second order I said no cheese on my wrap and when I came in for a replacement. The lady had a horrible attitude like I was in the wrong.

I just left there is a girl named NaNa i think I was told her name was. She has NO business on the speaker taking orders. I could not understand her. Does she not realize outside noises cars are going by trucks are going by and she is Whispering like the YingYang twins. Then when I drove up to get my order she had this frown on her face so NASTY...send her home. I hate spending my money on rude ppl.
