Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every time I've been to this location it's 5stars, I understand people have their own opinion but their review score should reflect more towards the 5 stars that they are! I have visited multiple Zaxbys within Jacksonville and the surrounding cities and I must say this location is top notch. The owner just came out to check on me as I was eating ( to see if I needed more napkins, etc) and he's a very Humble, Nice, Prideful guy that I gathered in a brief convo. Committed to bring in staff and train them to understand Customer Service/Service is top priority.

This Zaxby's location was a breath of fresh air!!! The customer service that Shyanne G. gave was wonderful & the food was great!! Thank you!!!

2nd visit, last visit. The fries were old, not crispy. The tenders were ok, and the texas toast tasted funny. But the service was great and very courteous.

We stopped in to this Zaxbys for the 1st time the other day. Met the owner and she was super nice and helpful. My wife and I each tried a different salad and they were both great! Definitely will be coming back for more! Since we only live about 5-6 miles away we now have a new go to place when we want to eat out. Highly recommend this Zaxbys!

When I say that I was very impressed with how respectful the young lady and two gentlemen were that served me here, I mean it. They couldn't have been older than 20. It rare to meet young people that are so respectful and sincere. I was in the middle of making my review, when I assume a man who is the manager walked up to me to see if I needed anything else, it was then that I realized I was still parked in the reserved for drive thru parking spot. I had forgotten how long I was sitting there, because I was so focused on letting everyone know how impressed I was. Keep it up!

Aron and Tieeeeeesha, first off they smile in your face and are rude as all get out to customers who have a legitimate complaint.. I've seen Aron yell at a lady over her having paid her money is gone shows proof shows app online purchase yet told she bought nothing it's her fault and threatened her right off the lot . now me I worked today 5/6/25 7am to 530pm no lunch straight work today.. get off go hey me and my kid are hungry Zaxby's again 3 time this week so far.. sure why not.. only meal I got grilled chicken sandwich was thrown in like someone dropped kicked the box.. I call up there to say hey, can i speak to whos in charge lady would not put anyone on told me to go to Wendy's..as insaid Wendy's I outta comenypnthere shive this sandwich in your face... guess who's there Aron who as usual bully's you instead of fixing his employees... look at there Google reviews every bad one is because Aron is arrogant and doesn't care.. 30 min long line but guaranteed there drive thru time is gold though.. then you get screwed on service.. funny Aron says I complain all the time well ARON I ATE THERE AT LEAST 40 TO 50 TIMES LAST MONTH IN APRIL YOU HEARD NOTHING!! check Google reviews you'll see the sandwich and read all the crap Aron don't care thou.. he's untouchable he thinks.. Ron should take notes..

I was hopeful that this new restaurant would be better service and food quality than the other fast food places on New Kings. Sadly, I only went once and I won’t be going back. They left the fries out of my order, completely missed something I ordered that I didn’t know they left off my order until I got to the window, and I paid $18 to be shorted a piece of chicken.
None of the fast food places around here have good service.

Dishonest prices. I bought my son a kids meal which is displayed as 6.80 and was charged 8.19 cent for the meal they are displaying the wrong prices for food I can only imagine they are doing it to everyone

Went to the new Zaxbys today on new kings road . Got the big Zax box for our family . Double drive thru which makes it so much faster . We were In an out within 10 mins . We even had to park and wait for our box which I expected but we didn’t sit for longer than 5 mins and the young lady who brought the food to my window was so sweet and we had a whole conversation🥰 I told her we would definitely be back because we are literally right down the road . So happy to have a nice food place around here now with great service and hot food ❤️ I know yall will take off with this one 🤗 me and my family approve and we will definitely be back for more zax boxes 🫶🏼

I can smell the cocoa butter, black owned Zaxby's better service than Carrabba's. They have it organized and safer than any military base I been on. We need to get him rich enough to go international. If you do doordash or uber eats they treat you like a human being not a disposable asset

I absolutely atteneded opening day. I dodnt make the giveaway but my food was fresh & hot served with speedy & friendly service. Every new thing has a rough start. I pray this location flourishes beyond imagination. Congratulations on your new beginning! 🎉🙏🏽
