Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every time I've been to this location it's 5stars, I understand people have their own opinion but their review score should reflect more towards the 5 stars that they are! I have visited multiple Zaxbys within Jacksonville and the surrounding cities and I must say this location is top notch. The owner just came out to check on me as I was eating ( to see if I needed more napkins, etc) and he's a very Humble, Nice, Prideful guy that I gathered in a brief convo. Committed to bring in staff and train them to understand Customer Service/Service is top priority.

This Zaxby's location was a breath of fresh air!!! The customer service that Shyanne G. gave was wonderful & the food was great!! Thank you!!!

2nd visit, last visit. The fries were old, not crispy. The tenders were ok, and the texas toast tasted funny. But the service was great and very courteous.

We stopped in to this Zaxbys for the 1st time the other day. Met the owner and she was super nice and helpful. My wife and I each tried a different salad and they were both great! Definitely will be coming back for more! Since we only live about 5-6 miles away we now have a new go to place when we want to eat out. Highly recommend this Zaxbys!

When I say that I was very impressed with how respectful the young lady and two gentlemen were that served me here, I mean it. They couldn't have been older than 20. It rare to meet young people that are so respectful and sincere. I was in the middle of making my review, when I assume a man who is the manager walked up to me to see if I needed anything else, it was then that I realized I was still parked in the reserved for drive thru parking spot. I had forgotten how long I was sitting there, because I was so focused on letting everyone know how impressed I was. Keep it up!

This was a driver thru location, and they weren't able to toss my wings or provide them flavor. I requested, so they were very dry. I also asked for the Texas toast and didn't receive it i only got the one that comes with the meal but was charged for it this place needs better employee understanding of what they sell I'll never go here again this was my 1st and last experience at this location I'm from our of state and was told this was a great place to get some great food...apparently not!

Everyone on this side of town knows how long we been needed a Zaxby’s!!! The service here is amazing, everyone who works here is really nice & the food is always quick. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla is so good

My coke was nasty( needed changing). The chicken was old. We received no napkins.

Every time I go to Zaxby’s, my food is made fresh to order. The staff Make sure my experience is always pleasant. Thanks to the staff and owners for being so understanding. Zaxbys on kings rd is a trip I’ll definitely take over and over.

Best stop at a fast food restaurant we’ve had in YEARS. The staff were super friendly and served us quickly, the food was great, and the bathroom was IMMACULATE!! (It even smelled clean!!) Even the parking lot was tidy and trash free. Every single fast food restaurant everywhere else should take a lesson.

The absolute BEST ZAXBYS HANDS DOWN!!! I've visited Zaxbys all over GA, FL and this Zaxbys is simply the BEST!! The employees are Super friendly. The food is always quick, hot and fresh! Under EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT. Keep up the good work.

The wings were dry and tasted like fried wood. The french fries were cold and the ketchup I asked for was non-existent. First and last time visiting here!!

Over cooked quesadilla. It definitely was not giant. And it was very dry french fries with raw in the middle all I got was I will remake them. Not understanding that time is money having to wait for my food to be remade.

Customer Service was the best I've experienced in a long time. These people love what they do here.

I visit this location all the time. I think their wait staff is amazing. The young people they have working there are attentive and kind and very courteous
