Every time I've been to this location it's 5stars, I understand people have their own opinion but their review score should reflect more towards the 5 stars that they are! I have visited multiple Zaxbys within Jacksonville and the surrounding cities and I must say this location is top notch. The owner just came out to check on me as I was eating ( to see if I needed more napkins, etc) and he's a very Humble, Nice, Prideful guy that I gathered in a brief convo. Committed...
We stopped in to this Zaxbys for the 1st time the other day. Met the owner and she was super nice and helpful. My wife and I each tried a different salad and they were both great! Definitely will be coming back for more! Since we only live about 5-6 miles away we now have a new go to place when we want to eat out. Highly recommend this Zaxbys!
When I say that I was very impressed with how respectful the young lady and two gentlemen were that served me here, I mean it. They couldn't have been older than 20. It rare to meet young people that are so respectful and sincere. I was in the middle of making my review, when I assume a man who is the manager walked up to me to see if I needed anything else, it was then that I realized I was still parked in the reserved for drive thru parking spot.
