Best new restaurant not only in Fleming Island but in Jacksonville. If you get a chance definitely try it out to see for yourself . Do not miss out on the signature dish Gumbolaya.

By far the BEST Cajun food ever! My first time trying the food was 2 years ago. I moved away and when i moved back i noticed there was now a restaurant through the Facebook page. I brought my family so their taste buds could experience a flavorful meal and they were not disappointed! We love the Gumbo Tots but everything is so full of flavor you can't go wrong with any of the options! Definitely a must try!

Zydeco serves some of the most flavorful #foodtruck dishes I've ever had. Today I had their Blackened Fish on top of Gumbolaya and the seasoning they put on it is sooo good and it wasn't dry at all My fave part is they cook the fish with the skin still on it so it gives more texture. If you don't like fish, they have options to add chicken, shrimp, or sausage instead. Great food at a great price!

For the last few months my work has had food trucks outside our office. I had never heard of this one but gave it a try. I had the gumbolaya and it was freaking incredible. It was like $11 but was a huge portion with chicken, shrimp and incredible sausage. Many of the foodies in the office got it and were all blown away. The portion made for 2.5 meals.... making it well worth the money. This is now in the running for my favorite food truck. I hope they are back soon

Yes! Amazing food!! I had the pulled pork over cheese fries & couldn't have been happier! I was so surprised that the food was so great! The pork was perfectly cooked and had an amazing smoked flavor with a great barbeque sauce! The fries were cooked perfectly...not too greasy and crispy! The gumbo was great too! Sausage & chicken were seasoned perfectly! I am SO excited I found this truck! I will def be back and highly recommend!

I have heard able this truck for a while now. They have been taste testing or something. I really don't think they are officially out just yet either. They attended the New Kids on the Block truck rally today. They even had a truck owner/veteran inside the truck today also. I did get to taste a couple of their offerings. First a sample of their pulled pork which was good and had some good seasonings. Then their gumbo with chicken n sausage. Now that was really good I just wish it had some more kick to it. I went with their Jambalaya and it was not what I'm used to. I have been all though Louisiana from the bayous of Lake Charles to some of the back street of New Orleans to the north in Baton Rouge. I have eaten me some jambalaya now. This was more on the chicken an rice with not a lot of cajun flavors. I will go back but I will be all over that gumbo. Ok Damian you have some caught up to do some get out there and get r done. Next time I want me some sooee in my bowl.
