“AquaSan gets it right — on every level.
The food alone is worth the trip. The curry mussels were rich and beautifully layered, the tuna tacos had that perfect satisfying crisp, and the chicken sandwich was elevated comfort food at its best (we had to reorder it). The chef’s special twist on the Caesar has officially become my new favorite.
The champagne was a lovely touch that set the tone perfectly for our girls’ night out.

Desserts were a showstopper: the key lime baked Alaska was a full moment, and the chocolate crème brûlée was the kind of finish that makes you linger.

What truly stood out to me was the hospitality. Chef Jerry and Alex, the manager, made us feel genuinely taken care of from the moment we arrived — warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. The kind of service that defines the entire experience.

“Great Atmosphere & Vibes. Friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious and well executed. Cocktails were great also. Drinks. Kill Bill & Ol fashioned. Food. Sweet an Sour Pork belly, vegetable Fried rice, Short Rib dumplings, Egg roll and the Beef and Broccoli. Server was Jonathan Lfg and we will definitely return. The rest of the menu looked incredible.“
