“I have been ordering Matcha for a few years now & THIS location is the ONLY Dunkin' that has made my ice Matcha drink without the lumps in it! Diana made my drink twice on 3/16/26 & she should train other locations on how to mix matcha drinks! Maybe corporate should ENFORCE how Diana mixes matcha drinks at ALL locations! Just my opinion!“

“I ordered my breakfast and paid for it. Waited about two minutes. When one of the ladies looked up and saw that I was still waiting, she promptly asked me what I was waiting for.. So I had to remind them of the order that was still on the screen. I had already received my coffee and I guess they thought that was it. I’m all fine with waiting but to get the order right when it’s written on the receipt as well as the screen is beyond me. The only reason I know this is because I was able to read their screen from where I was standing. I thought they got the order right because it was right on my receipt and the small screen that showed the employees what I had. But unbeknownst to me when I got to my location and started eating I noticed that it didn’t have the egg that I paid for. So I took a picture of it as well as my receipt. In this day and age, it’s hard to make the money that I make and spend it on something I don’t get. Please do better.“

Went there to get a donut for a family member who begged me and ended up leaving with half a dozen for myself. They have tons of specialty donuts along with the staples.

I will say that it’s expensive for a donut place, around $3 a donut depending on the type/hoe many you get, but it’s well-worth it.

A word of advice — they close at 1 PM and also they close when they sell out of donuts so get there early ‘cause this place is HOT! I got there at noon and was lucky that they had enough donuts left for me to take my pick of most types, but many were out of stock and the total inventory was getting low.
