I went there today got a lg hot fudge sundae with whip cream and nuts. The girl ask me twice did I want the cherry I said yes. Got none. My cup had hardly had any ice cream on the sides had NO ice cream and barely with to the top of the cup. Very little whip cream had to look hard for it. Skimpy on the nuts too. For $6.09 it should have been full. It didn't need a lid because nothing touched it. I'm done going there. I'll go to Dairy Queen or Culver's. Very disappointing.

Went to this location at 6:55 PM on a Friday night, Makayla the manager, laughed at me and walked away and had the poor crew member Jinx have to handle the situation. All I asked is could you fill the side of the cup that’s empty, and it was like pulling teeth. I have never seen such poor management skills, where a manager laughs in my face and walks away over a little extra bit of ice cream. I will no longer be a customer of twistee treat. When it goes out of business, we know why.

There was one 6-person party on the patio when we pulled up in the drive thru. We were the third vehicle. IT TOOK 30 minutes from the moment we pulled in to the moment we received the ice cream. THIRTY MINUTES. We would have left and gone to DQ down the street but a car had pulled in behind us. Eventually, they left but we were just pulling up to the window. I cannot believe it took so long for ice cream. There were three people working, one was a trainee.

I hope the owner gets this message. Aug 26th two employees. Me being a business owner in St. Pete and largo what I witnessed tonight was 100% un called for. I pulled up at 10:20pm and a couple was right behind me. (Walk up) Young colored girl came to the window after i had to knock on glass to get her out of her chair. The other employee was cleaning. I placed my order for my daughter and myself. She gave me the ice cream and she told the other couple that they closes in 60 seconds. She gave me the second ice cream and pulled the curtains as the other couple was standing there confused since they were there for 10 minutes. I know it’s hard getting good help but what that girl did was totally unprofessional. Her knowing that the couple got there 10 min prior, she should have helped them with a smile but closed the curtain. I can assure you that couple will never come back.
