Horrible experience. I have never been so upset with an establishment before. My family decided to go for ice cream and we ended up having to drive away. The employees were all so busy laughing at the fact that one of the items we wanted was unavailable that they couldn't finish taking our order. Whoever was working the drive through window was the rudest person I have ever come across

I added one star because the ice cream is good but it's expensive, especially when they can't help fix a mistake. I paid $10ish for a pint of ice cream but there was a miscommunication. We wanted cheesecake ice cream but they gave us cheesecake chunks. The cheesecake chunks are gross but we didn't see it until we got home. I brought it back the next day to try and get it replaced but they wouldn't. I'm disappointed we won't be going back, I really liked the rootbeer malt, and my bf's craving will go unsatisfied.

Never again will I come and support this place, I try to skip Dairy Queen to support a smaller business but instead I get ripped off and pay for large items and get small items instead, I asked for a large Sunday and instead I got a baby cup lol, there’s no way I will ever come here again. Went there last night and the worker with pink hair was extremely rude wanted to say they close in 5 minutes but the website says differently, so only we're doing cups and cones dont understand why when everything is there infront of them to use .

Yummy!! I've been here twice so far. I've had the chocolate/vanilla swirl ice cream and the pina colda freeze. My sister has tried the butterscotch sundae both time's. My friend got a pineapple milkshake. Everything was yummy! We'll be going back! Fresh & tasty treats.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) I’ve visited Twistee Treat twice now, and my experiences were very different.
On my first visit, I ordered the Oreo Cookie Twistee, and it was packed with Oreos — creamy, flavorful, and made to perfection. It instantly became one of my favorite ice cream treats in the area.
However, my most recent visit on 10/29/25 was disappointing. As you can see in the photos, the one on the right (from my first visit) had way more Oreos compared to the new one, which barely had half as much. For the same price, I expected the same quality and consistency.
I really hope this was just an off day, because Twistee Treat has the potential to be amazing when done right.
