Our server, Daniel, did a an exceptional job. His pleasant demeanor, detailed knowledge of the menu, and thoughtful recommendations contributed greatly to a wonderful dining experience as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Thanks Daniel and Calusa crew.

One of the highlights of our stay at the Hilton was our anniversary dinner at cálida restaurant. The restaurant's beachfront location provides stunning views of the ocean, while the menu features delicious and innovative dishes that showcase the fresh, local ingredients of the Florida Keys. Our server, Justin, was exceptional. His attentive and friendly service made us feel like VIPs. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Justin's attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made our anniversary dinner truly memorable.

The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful and the staff is nearly perfect. From the moment we were seated right up to the moment we left they were courteous and pleasant. The quality and taste of the food is some of the best that I have ever eaten.

Finding the entrance to the restaurant was the hardest part since it's on the third floor at the rear of the property and very limited signage. The open air terrace was a perfect date night experience and service was great! The food was amazing. I went to pay cash for the bill and was first told that they don't like to accept cash unless it was exact change. Luckily it was with no change needed.

The food was great. Quality and service met my expectations as I had already heard a lot of positive opinions. I sat outside and it was nice. There was a very enjoyable soft breeze. The view is great.

While our sever was good, the food was mediocre at best. Fish was overcooked, fish dip was “liquid smoked” and overall all, overpriced! I suggest you seek alternative unless this place finds a way to step it up.

Lovely venue, good service but the food was really about average for a high price point. They did write “ Happy Anniversary “ on our dessert plate because they did know what we were celebrating, not comped however.

We had a great time at bakers cay overall. The low point of our trip was our dinner at Calusa. Our server was inattentive, uncharismatic, and quite frankly just did not want to be there. He asked for our orders after we were sitting for 15 minutes with no drinks, without even as much as a hello. The food was good enough but then once we were done eating, our plays sat in front of us for almost 30 minutes before he came back and checked on us. We needed up having to ask another server to get our check and we moved to the bar where WAYNE, the bartender, salvaged our night with great service.

We were staying at the resort for a milestone birthday celebration and had dinner at Colusa our first night. Miguel, our waiter was outstanding and even sang us happy birthday when he brought out our birthday dessert. He was very efficient, attentive and personable. We got to enjoy the sunset as well as the champagne toast and we loved every minute of it. Not to mention the food outstanding.

Never again! I came with my family and friends to celebrate my son's birthday and thought it would be special... I was very disappointed. The server had a poor attitude. Half the time there, we were fighting with the flies that were trying to get to our food... The food was equivalent to a fast food restaurant but priced as if it were a Michelin-star place. We ended up with upset stomachs... I think that sums it up.

Extremely overpriced. The hotel has a very odd feel. The servers were almost all African-American and were serving a clientele of mostly caucasian people. It had this very unnerving Southern plantation ambience that was very, very off putting.

Food is good but I've been coming here for 4+ years and they have never changed the dinner menu. Always the same. If you're not going to change the menu, at least offer nightly specials

My Yellowtail Snapper dish was the best I have had all week and was priced comparably to local seafood houses that have been touted nationally on food network tv for their seafood dishes. My husband said his Mahi-mahi dish was also quite good. We really liked how they were prepared in a Caribbean-influenced manner.

My wife went to breakfast when we got to the resort service was extremely slow. Food took forever to get out. The manager ended up having to comp the breakfast went back for dinner first night. You is amazing very expensive for the lobster special but the food was good service OK constantly had to ask for water to be filled second night we went lobster came out undercooked and ended up having to take that off. The bill did give her a birthday dessert is amazing. Sunsets are amazing. Food is a little pricey, but good. If want to stay on property serves its purpose.
