Gilbert’s was an amazing location, our room was newly remodeled, and very clean. The staff and security were amazing and very helpful. Food was fantastic, the absolutely best part was watching the dolphins all day long. We also saw a manatee.
Love that the Restaurant Bar is just 35 minutes away from Homestead
Love the vibe the food has gotten overpriced and the below block for hotel guests only but I still like going there!!!!
Don't love that they blocked the sunset view for us locals since months ago. The end of the area that was water front is now only for hotel guests. The local tradition of seeing the sunset after eating and drinking there was taken away from us.

I took my family (5) to Gilbert’s and rented a cabana on a rainy day to keep dry in between rain storms. I was immediately greeted by a beautiful, kind young lady who seemed eager to help & ensure we had a memorable time. When we got to the entrance of the cabanas Igor a tall, nice looking fella with beautiful eyes greeted us with a smile. He immediately made us feel warm and welcome. Every need was anticipated and exceedingly met. We drank and ate for hours with our friends...
