Blackwater Siren Reviews
I've lived in the Keys 6 years and never knew about the Siren. I was blown away by the service and the food. Definitely my new favorite place!
We visited tonight for the second time.
We stopped in after the race up in Homestead. This exactly the kind of place that makes the Keys special.
A real locals vibe with a great bartender and staff. Great low key atmosphere with good food.
Look forward to our next trip and stopping in again!
Witnessed the phenomenal sunset
Blackwater Siren is a restaurant and bar located on the water, providing a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. The service is friendly and helpful, with standout waitstaff. Guests have praised the superior service and excellent food. The menu features a variety of options, with particular favorites including fried calamari, wings, Spaghetti Alfredo, conch fritters, and the blackened mahi sandwich with jalapeños. The coconut shrimp is also noted for being divine when paired with sweet chili sauce. The stuffed Grouper, a popular choice, is a filet served over a crab cake with sauce, and is highly recommended. The fish sandwich and blackened shrimp are also excellent, with everything being fresh and flavorful—sometimes hard to find at outdoor tiki bars. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, with very comfortable waterside seating featuring fans. The back patio offers a peaceful view where guests can see manatees, adding to the relaxing experience. The drinks are strong and delicious, especially Margaritas. Guests appreciate the friendly, inviting locals and the overall great vibe of the place. Although it’s slightly hidden, it is definitely worth searching for a good meal stop, whether on the way in or out of the Keys.
