When someone takes pride in preparing your food you can tell. This food truck on the side of the highway showed more enthusiasm for his craft than all the restaurants I tried in the keys combined. Kids loved the pizza. The yellowtail was fresh. Prices were reasonable. Thanks Markito.
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and minuta, both were delicious, I couldn't finish it all because it was too much for me alone, but I loved it, it was worth breaking the diet, although now I feel guilty hahaha Good and fast service!!!!!!
Markito’s pizza is now offering delicious seafood Cuban pizza like this one we got with crab, shrimp and lobster. You can’t go wrong with any of his pizzas or the Cuban minuta sandwich. Cuban pizzas are known for a thicker, lighter bread dough and a minuta is a Cuban fish sandwich in which the fish is deboned, butterflied and fried then placed bread. Markito is always eager to please and goes above and betond making sure you enjoy his dish!
