Love this moose, bartenders are awesome! Except for Jason. Jason is not a friendly moose member. We all pay to be here & support the moose, being kind goes a long way fellow moose member! Don’t be like Jason.
After routinely volunteering for this lodge and personally witnessing all of the corruption and conflicts of interest, I no longer recommend this lodge.
I was nominated by at least 6 people to be board trustee. Unfortunately, the board did not want a challenge to their authority and decided to keep the status quo so they decided to not allow any current board member to be challenged by incoming, fresh talent. The lodge is also friendly to service animals and conveniently located from both the North and southbound directions. Guests often mention the friendly environment, though some note that not everyone is as welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to stop, have a drink, and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The lodge hopes to add live music soon, making it an even better spot to enjoy Key Largo.
