When I submitted my reservation, I specifically stated it was our 30th anniversary....this was never acknowledged. Food was VERY overpriced, then they charge a 20% service charge and then expect a tip.....right. We waited forever for our terribly heavy poured cocktails while the people who sat at the bar way after we arrived got theirs. Was a beautiful sunset and that was about the only thing that saved this experience.

Mixed drink was horrible. Food was ok. Dessert definitely disappointing as not prepared as described. No coffee available due to broken machine- ummmm. The server was great and I felt bad for her. Would not return here- terribly expensive and not worth it.

There were too many mosquitos, all over food and drinks! It was my wife's birthday and we are going to sing happy birthday! Server tells me there are no candles, and first thing I said is how in a place like this not have handles! I said I will talk to a manager, then candle came 5 mins later. Service was not great!

I’ve never in my life had to write a bad review. I took my girlfriend out for our 2 year anniversary expecting decent food for the price in which I’m paying. To say the least, it was disgusting. She ordered the fried pork, which was nothing but filled with oil and fat. Expected, but what’s not is the food poisoning that came with it for hours after. I had the poke bowl, which I can find with more flavor, bigger portion, and cheaper price anywhere else. Truly disappointed. They add a 20% automatic tip, which is unnecessary with the fact it’s just 2 of us. I wish the location was as good as everything else. What a shame.

Our server Kaydian was totally awesome!!! She made the experience all the better with all her extra efforts and charming personality. The food was delicious and the views were spectacular as well. We will be back most definitely.

like everything else at Playa Largo the staffing and training were top notch, the food not so much. Though my brother and daughter both said some good things about the burger. I had the mahi-mahi and it was pretty dry. The prices overall were pretty fair but when they brought the desert menu over. I had to take a second look because I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. Did not order desert needless to say and I am anything but stingy. The cost of desert and coffee were more then the meal......I kid you not

Not even with the $15 piece of chocolate cake I ordered for her. The least they could have done for $15 is add a candle to the cake. What was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner ended up just being a regular dinner which was disappointing since we went there specifically for a birthday dinner. The restaurant itself was nice but like another review mentioned, the lobster mac n cheese was so watery it was like soup.
