Best Cubans ever. They were filled with such delicious ingredients, they were not skimping the fillings at all. 2 different types of pork were so flavorful and juicy. The cheese was gooey and so yummy. This was the best authentic Cuban me and my family ever had. We also got and avocado chicken sandwich, which was good but nothing could compare to the Cubans.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They told me to “hold on” when asking what type of cheese they had for a burger. Horrible service and they gave me the wrong order 3 times. The head chef was holding a child the entire time when cooking our food. Stay away and go to Cuban Kim’

Food was decent. They need to add more than 2 pieces of lunch meat to the sandwich. Can't eat inside. There was a bit of a communication issue with patrons and staff. Confusion about the process of ordering and paying.
I walk here for my cortadito every day that I visit Key West. I even now adjust which hotel I stay at to be closer to Ana’s!It is the right balance of Cuban sugar, steamed milk, and 4 shots of espresso. My wife enjoys the cafe con leche. There breakfast sandwiches are the bomb! Steak, egg, and cheese rock!Until our next visit, please enjoy this special place!

Decided to stop by for a quick bite around 7:45 pm since my son was hungry, and the lady behind the sandwich counter was extremely rude, the folks before us were served with a smile. For us it was the “get out of here” look, responses were rude with a flat unfriendly face. We are colored and of course you would think that was the reason.. we walked out. We see great reviews for this place, unfortunately our experience was terrible! . We enjoyed the day, but Thanks for ruining our evening.Edit : replying to owners response - there was absolutely no confusion on the menu (window vs inside), we were inside reading the menu on the board. The lady who we spoke to was not busy; if you saw the security footage you would see we were the only customers apart from the ones who ordered before us, at that moment. She just was upset that we were there and she literally left the counter after responding to us. The ones who ordered before us were greeted with a smile. So there’s no excuse for the impolite behavior with us. It’s up to you as owners either accept and correct the mistakes of your employees or ignore and blame it on us. The other folks who were inside, also noticed the treatment and saw us leaving.
